Refurbished laptop came in good…

Refurbished laptop came in good condition and love it! Reason why reducing one star since I had to re-install the windows again since previous company domain was not removed.
Delivery was smooth via bPost and got it delivered on time.

Issues are: Product I purchased from the “Back in Use was Out of support, No discount received

Issues are:
1) The product I purchased from the “Back in Use” site, Microsoft Surface 7, was already out of support. As a result, I was unable to install the latest software updates. I believe this is misleading, as customers should be informed about the support status before making a purchase.

2) I have not received a clear invoice for this transaction when the product was delivered to me.

We sincerely regret any confusion regarding the support status of the Microsoft Surface 7 device. We strive to provide full transparency about the condition and specifications of all our refurbished products. While the Surface 7 remains a reliable device for everyday use, you are absolutely right that official driver and firmware support from Microsoft has recently ended. That said, the device continues to receive Windows software updates. We will take steps to ensure this information is communicated more clearly to future customers.

Under our standard process, the invoice is automatically sent by email after an order is placed. Recently, we introduced a new integrated payment method using eco vouchers, for which the payment confirmation is sent separately by email. As a result, the invoice is currently not included in the automated email flow. We will share your feedback with our development team so this can be addressed. In the meantime, we have attached the invoice to our email conversation for your reference.

We appreciate your understanding and are committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction. If you have any further questions, you are always welcome to contact us, so we can assist you as effectively as possible.

I wasn't sure if it is safe or…

I wasn't sure if it is safe or trustworthy, but I decided to order. The laptop was in an excellent condition with small scratch on the body. The delivery time was exact, good wrapping. They sent me the invoice, with a warranty.

Highly recommend, maybe they could add the battery condition in their details. Mine works perfectly but i would be happy while purchasing to have the battery status.
