Not good items to order online.
I was about to order a rectangular pedal bin from Amazon and then realised that it was cheaper to order direct from the merchant, Back2Bath. To qualify for free postage I also ordered a chrome finish tissue box. Both items arrived promptly and well packed but the bin had a small dent in the side and the tissue box was very cheap-looking and lightweight; when you remove a tissue it moves all over the place.
I couldn't face the hassle of repacking and returning these items so rang the Back2Bath customer service team. I spoke to a polite and helpful team member who explained that it was company policy to supply photographic evidence before they could consider discounting the damaged item. I tried and failed to get a decent photo of the dent so gave up at this point - and made a mental note to buy these kind of products in-store in future.

Customer Service could not have been better. Both items arrived next day on Isle of Wight and even better than expected. (Price also far cheaper than Amazon!)
