I was recommended to Back in Action after a recent spell of lower back and muscle problems which flare up occasionally and usually take several days for me to regain full mobility. On this occasion it took much longer and a visit to Alison immediately brought relief. After also signing up with a local gym, I now visit the practice monthly to keep on track.
