Some good wins on here but want to withdraw my money and cancel the active bonus but can’t do that manuelly and need someone on chat to do it, as it is not a live chat it is a frustrating wait to do this and should be made easier I am still waiting for the chat to respond and withdraw

Please reply here. I verified my documents, received an email advising so. Tried to withdraw and still says I need documents verified but I don’t. I don’t have any in my list. Then I try cHat and 3 emails to support. No response at all in either. The chat looks like it is frozen, only my messages going in!!!!!!
