I attended a Kingston Baby Talk brunch and thought it was a fantastic event! It was great value for money and a really good way to meet other local mums. I thought the duration was appropriate and the venue was great. I also thought it was a really nice touch to have a photographer and to have a nanny there to help with the babies. Please keep organising events like this, they are fantastic! :)

My little boy was calm and engaged during sensory play and appeared very curious looking around at all the babies in the room. For me, it was amazing to connect with other new mums in a safe space. It’s not often you get to eat yummy food in a nice restaurant, chat with other mums and breastfeed without any worries.
I definitely recommend Baby Talk events and plan to sign up for the next event near me.

I went to the Wimbledon village baby brunch at Fire Stables.
Firstly the food was great, there was a buffet brunch of pastries, fruit, avocado on toast, etc with a variety of teas and coffee.
I met several Mums and their babies who live in the local area and got some of their contact details.
I had a lovely hand reflexology massage.
I spoke to a lady from a local nanny agency, which is a useful contact in case I need a nanny in future.
I also had two professional photos taken of myself and my baby.
All in all a lovely private brunch to meet Mums and babies in the local area.

Hosts were lovely and friendly. Venue was spacious and warm and catered to the event. First time attending one of these lunches and I would definitely recommend them to other mum friends.

The idea behind these brunches is fantastic but this is the second one I have been to and I wasn’t impressed with either. This one was held at Epsom Social and we were given food tokens however, we had to go to each food stall and ask individually what we were entitled to. Most of the food stalls were only offering child portions. They did not cater well for those with allergies, my friend needed a gluten free option and when asking the food places each one made her feel like a nuisance. The only option she was given was a kids size meat and chips. The drinks token was also super confusing and the bar tender did not know what we were entitled to so that was another battle.
I also feel that it would have been nicer to have table service. My daughter is at the “grabby” stage so carrying a plate of food whilst holding her is not easy!
Lastly, I feel that is not enough encouragement by the host for us to mingle and make new friends. Everyone seemed to know someone so of course people stuck to their groups. I would hate to go to this event without knowing anyone.

I've been to two of the brunches at Wimbledon held in fire stables. Both times have been a great way to meet new people. The hosts are easy to talk to and the food is great. I like the baby talk events as they aren't overcrowded.

James and I had such a super time attending the brunch at the Minnow. We appreciated the small group so we could talk to most people, the food was delicious, and the monkey music class was such fun that we hope to attend more in the future. Thank you for co-ordinating such a lovely event

Really enjoyed it, would like it to be a mix of different activities each time maybe, not just fitness every time if that's the plan as Godalming does alot of fitness baby groups and the parent and baby groups are all payment upfront for a term with no flexibility and a waiting list. This would be lovely if each time it had a different focus. Venue was lovely and easy to get to as well.
Host was great! The overall idea is brilliant, very relaxed and allows a lovely chilled morning with babies!

This was a lovely event for new parents - a great opportunity to meet and network, and a very reasonable ticket price given that it included a Monkey Music session to entertain the children as well as a delicious brunch and professional photographs supplied free of charge. I would happily recommend to other new mums.

Really enjoyed baby talk brunch with caterpillar music. Venue/food and baby class I thought was perfect.
My only critique is that the tables were set out for a good extra 10 people so I was sat in an area slightly out of the way from the other tables with about 6 free spaces on my table. luckily I went with my friend and sat with another girl. But I possibly would have felt left out if I had gone on my own.

Fantastic morning. Was first time out with little one at 4 weeks and was made to feel so welcome. It was fantastic to get to know other mums with babies a similar age.
I had such a great experience in the event that Baby Talk made in Putney. My baby was so happy to meet other cute babies. There was a very nice interaction. Such a nice morning we had!! And the coffee and brunch really lovely, delicious. Definitely worth it, my baby and I made friends, we already have a whatssap group and we are planning few other meetings. Really recommend it, amazing to meet other mums and share experiences.
This was such a great experience!
The value of this event was great! We got a coffee, lunch, a baby class and a drink all included! It was a very inclusive environment and so great for mums to get together with their babies! I am absolutely going to the next one! And will keep going to them when I can!
Thanks so much for having us!!

A really lovely brunch, got to know some lovely local mums. The morning was enjoyed by myself and my daughter.
Recently took the refresh session and really enjoyed it! The ambiance was great, and I loved the small intimate sizing of the group. The content was fab too, touching upon all aspects of labour and post care- and we were able to share our own experiences and ask many questions as well. So many other great BabyTalk sessions to attend in the future!
Baby Talk has been so so useful to have in my local area (Kingston) and makes me feel part of a great parent community. I have used it for baby classes as well as an antenatal refresher course, which have all been an excellent standard at modern venues.
