Bought a pram back in September/October, faulty product, it broke after two months of receiving. I have now not had a pram for four weeks and the problem still hasn’t been resolved. I requested a refund and cancellation on my purchase and I just keep getting fobbed off telling me they’ll call back and being given unreliable information. I will NOT be using this provider again! Absolutely disgusting customer service!!

Ordered gate to be delivered next day delivery by hermes unfortunately it wasn't the case I basically paid extra for a few day delivery. Emailed babysecurity and got no response as of yet with regards to refunding or compensating for the delay

The Callowesse bed guard , Arrived on time, but a bit of a struggle to assemble, but once done, it's very safe and sturdy, and looks to be very useful in the next few months for my Granddaughter, who has outgrown her cot.

Excellent service. I would like to recommend that car seat. It looks very solid.

Order processing is fast, completed in a couple of days, only problem they don't hold the stock, so I got 1 item out of 3 ordered, 1 is being sent from manufacturer by end of week (now passed) or 1 more week at the latest (let's see). The 1st item ordered mid December was waiting on stock, so I called and was told sock in by Thursday (4 days time), great a week later no news, called again delayed till 6th January, called again as no update, now due in on 18th January (a month after ordering).

Firstly, excellent customer service, communication with prompt delivery.

Secondly, we are just so impressed with this baby gate, brilliant quality, very robust and well made plus it’s a really good price too. It has worked perfectly so our pup can transition from a cage to her own secure area in the kitchen.

Highly recommended purchase.
