Yes these kick matts I ordered were delivered really quick within couple of days and they were as they were described I would recommend these they look if decent quality although I’ve only had them couple of days

I was very impressed with the service however would not use the company again. I found the web page when trying to pay by the accepted credit cards deducted the VAT ie. £3.35 which is not due for goods dispatched to Jersey. Both cards were rejected and the only way the order would be accepted was through PayPal which included the VAT. For this reason I would not make another order. Janis Hutchison

Dealt with Charlotte. She sorted my tv screen protector out and organised an exchange as I purchased the wrong size. Be careful choosing size as it isn't the same as your tv for example the 55-56" one would not fit a 55" tv you need to measure the screen only. Overall I am Very pleased with the way customer service handled my issue. Would recommend using. Thank you

Purchased a stair gate for our dog after trying other well known brands and this one is very good, very impressed with the gate and how easy it is to fit and use with the magnetic closure. Very strong quality well made and perfect for the job. Highly recommend.

Was sceptical ordering from the site as I had never heard of it however took the plunge and had a great service, ordered Motorola intercoms for less than half the original price and received within 2 days. Highly delighted

I ordered two booster seats, they were the cheapest deal on them I could find, so very good value. It was easy to order very good communication and they arrived within a couple of days. I would definitely recommend and use again.

When I ordered my pram,I got next day delivery and it didn’t turn up until a week later,I emailed customer services asking where the pram was and what was happening but nobody ever got back to me.
The product is amazing and think you get amazing stuff for the money. But customer services and delivery was shocking.

bought stair gate and bed rail, only stair gate arrived. phoned baby security who are adamant both were sent. poor customer service, poor delivery, will Never buy again.

Disgusted with this company.
Purchased a pram. Took it out of the box. Saw it was too small so returned it at a cost to myself of £20 a couple of days later. Put the reference number clearly on the box as requested in the returns section.Paid £80 (deposit & a further 1st payment of £30) to be told they only pay a partial refund as the box can no longer be used as the returns number was on it & the returns amount is minus 15% of the total value, Which is not stated on the returns section.So I have
paid £80 + £20 postage and have been refunded £44. My Grandson never even sat in it.
My daughter had this pram out of the box for no longer than 15 mins before re packaging and returning a few days later as she could see it was smaller than she had originally been told when speaking to "baby security" . It states on the returns section that a full refund will be issued as if returning to a shop.. It does not state that there will be a 15% charge of the total amount if you write on the box. (they actually state to make sure the reference is clearly marked on the box.

I will be taking this further!!!!!
