I contacted them to ask if they could make me a bespoke picture frame.I did'nt have a clue what size i needed for my picture but they went through step by step to ensure it was correct and what i wanted.I was a bit anxious when it arrived as to whether it would be ok for my picture,i need not of worried as it was just PERFECT in every way.I found this company to be very helpful and professional.Iwould not hesitate to recommend Babyrice to anybody and definitely i will be using them in the future.

Customer service was helpful and the frame arrived quickly and well packaged.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the instructions and assembly. The frame felt clumsy to put together, with only a few screws holding everything in place. The mountboard inside was not secure and moved around, making the window look uneven. I had to use spray-mount and add extra screws to stop them shifting.

The instructions advise positioning the hanging fixings halfway down the frame, but I found this caused the frame to sit poorly on the wall. I had to reposition the fixings higher up and add extra screws to properly secure the back panel.

I was also frustrated that no hanging wire was included (or obvious option to add one), which feels like a basic omission for a box frame.

Ease of ordering, Price was ok.
Delivery was quick.
I would have liked to be able to have more lettering on adhesive plate

I bought a Dark Grey Deluxe Wooden Shadow Box Frame. I was disappointed it was not glass but acrylic then realised that it was acrylic because of its size. Very good quality, well-made. Very pleased with my purchase. Good communication and delivered on time.

The frame was just what was needed to hold a memory keepsake.

I was gifted a family hand casting kit to make a cast of my mum, dad and I holding hands. The kit was brilliant. Easy to follow instructions and everything we needed. Having never done anything like this before, I was nervous (my mum is terminally ill so determined to get a good keepsake cast). I need not have worried, it was fun to do and turned out so well. Highly recommend this company and the product and will definitely be buying from them again. Thank you for helping me create a treasured keepsake. Xx

Ordered a display frame in white. I had been advised that the internal parts would be in 2 pieces which wouldn’t be an issue if they were both the same colour. The smaller section was brilliant white but on the larger section you would still see the MDF colour. The same “distressed” finish was also on the outside of the frame. For the cost of the frame the finish was very poor hence the 2 star review.

Very quick delivery. Product seems good quality although I haven't put the back together yet.

I have bought this product a couple of times and have had no issues, arrives quickly and well packaged and the powder makes great moulds. I will definitely order again :)

Just prior to the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, I had the great privilege of being a runner with the Queen's Baton. I received a certificate and a replica of the baton (24cms high). I was looking for a shadow box to present both items and found BabyRice online. I explained what I was trying to do and Emma was so helpful and patient with my enquiries. I sent her photos of the certificate and baton and she responded with ideas and sizes that would fit. I had several different approaches so we exchanged quite a lot of emails but Emma always came back with suggestions and her thoughts. The shadow box arrived very well packed and is perfect. Ordered a couple of deep shadow box frames recently and couldn't be happier with the quality of the frames. Both arrived promptly and extremely well packaged, looking like they'd easily survive being dropped out of an aeroplane.

The specific framing instructions I'd supplied were followed to the letter, resulting in perfect mounting of the items.

There really is nothing not to like.

I bought a baby casting kit for my girlfriend for her birthday and they turn out perfectly, the instructions were easy to follow and their videos on YouTube were also very informative! Definitely recommending to our friends and family with newborns

Great company to deal with, always fast and efficient

Absolutely awful i followed the instructions on their actual website and the video stated 1min 40 secs to mix the alginate and then put your hand in. The alginate went white after 40 secs and was very very clumpy. They need to change their videos and actually be honest. When i contacted customer service they were rude and stated people only buy off their website if they are a business and questioned why i bought something in particular off them and not the actual casting kit. Sorry but that has nothing to do with you what i bought. I WILL NOT be buying again. I warned 2 other people to not buy as they wanted it for their children. Awful
