I was sceptical ordering a dress for my daughter due to mixed reviews I read. My experience was excellent, took 18 days for delivery from the date ordered. Dress was very good quality, skirt completely lined and exactly as photo. Size wise if your between sizes than size up but that could be just in the dress we picked. Overall, excellent price for the dress we received. Would highly recommend. Ordered from USA

I loved my Prom dress from Babyonlinedress ! I went with the custom measurements, which was absolutely the right decision, because this dress fit like a GLOVE - better than anything I could have gotten right of the rack for sure. I didn't even have to wear a bra - the bodice area of the dress felt very supportive and the breast area appropriately padded. The color surprised me in person, very flattering in the sunlight. Overall, would highly recommend getting another dress from Babyonlinedress.

I can not believe people are actually giving this company a good review. I ordered a dress for my wedding. Not custom. I tried it on for literally 1 minute. It left a rash under my under arms for a week! The material felt like shards of glass on my skin. The stitching looked like it was done by a toddler. It was so cheaply made i was flabbergasted by the price. I asked to return. shipping is 75.00 to China. If I knew it was being purchased from china I would have never bought it. They have a US return address on package upon delivery. Be careful. This place just wants to keep your money and leave you with a useless cheap dress. I wouldn’t be caught dead in it. BEWARE. They won’t refund shipping to or from china and claim to charge a restock fee even though it was not custom and poorly made. They do not clearly disclose their policies.

The shipping was quick, the dresses were beautiful - exactly as they appeared - and the try on program is amazing! I will be ordering my final wedding dress from Babyonlinedress.

My experience was bad! I purchased a prom dress that was $290 for my daughter and she didn't like it. So I went to DHL to send it back. I paid DHL $130 to send it back to China. And what they did was they sent me back the dress so that they didn't have to give me a refund on the dress. I will never order from this site again!

For anyone ordering a prom dress for their daughter, I cannot fault this company.I was really pleased with the excellent communication. My daughter’s dress arrived within dates promised. The fit and quality of the dress was excellent. One very happy daughter (and relieved mum).

If I could give no stars I would. The dress looks like a 7th grader's first attempt at sewing. Asked for a refund. Customer service is non-existent. You won't get your money back.

If there was negative stars, that is what I would give them. I purchased some tumblers from them through Dhgate. After agreeing on a price and a quantity I paid for the order. Once it was paid, Babyonlinedress contacted me and told me I had to pay 50% more or they would ship 30% less product. I told them neither was an option and I was told to cancel the order saying I didn't want them anymore. That was not true. I have a business to run and I gave my customer a price for a quantity and how long it would be. The whole process of ordering and getting credit cost me two weeks of production. I am sure they are rated by Dhgate and the reason they wanted me to put it that way would take the responsibility off them. This outfit is nothing but scammers. Save your time and money and buy somewhere else.

Ordered a large but it fit like a X-Large,it did look exactly like the photo,but the customer service help us to change it.

They sell what they don't stock....
I bought a car seat. After a week when I was expecting to get my tracking number of the postage, they sent me email that there is no stock wait for 3 weeks. Then after that they sent email that the color that I have chosen is not exists in Australia any more and asked if I am happy to change the color... I said ok, just send me a car seat...
Then they said again it will be delayed... it was when I asked for refund after around 1.5 month.....

I was so sceptical ordering my wedding dress offline and for so cheap as well. But let me just say it was insane! Amazing and I felt like the most beautiful woman alive. I met my now husband at the alter and he was sobbing at the sight of me. Definitely recommend!

The dress I received was of good quality. The embroidery pattern is the same. the embroidery is of very good quality too. embroidery is also good attached to it. I bought the dress so inexpensive, while the same dress can be bought for over 888 euros.

The dress I ordered is beautiful, it's come a little bigger then the measurements I sent so I'd need to pay more to fix that, only small fault is theres dried glue string that I'm needing to pick off and hide with marker. Apart from that I can't wait to get married in this dress.
