I purchased the Babymel sammi eco quilt tote bag which is a great bag. It's big enough to fit everything I need for my baby and has handy compartments inside and outside for easy access. I love that it's a simple design but also stylish. It can be worn as a handbag, backpack or hooked onto pram securely. I've used it all ways depending on the situation and travelled with it too.
I recently lost the matching changing mat and reached out to customer service to buy another. Lisa responded very soon and kindly offered to post a replacement for free. I'm amazed by the service I have received and it's nice to know that not only do they make great products but they look after their customers. Thank you so much!

Quick delivery and packaged well. The bag is great, so much smaller than the backpack I had and fits onto the pram easily.

I am blown away by the customer service of this company. I had an issue with a changing bag, and I had rapid, detailed, thoughtful personal responses for several days in a row, until the issue was resolved.
So impressed. Better than Amazon, and no AI robot in sight! Bravo Babymel - thank you for looking out for us parents! x

This is my third Babymel bag and I absolutely love it! I went for the amber stroller bag this time, which is smaller than the previous ones BUT it's mighty and fits so much! I can fit 6+ nappies, wipes, spare clothes, bottles, bibs and small toys, with room left for more. Plus there's the front pocket where I put my bits such as keys, phone, lip balm, etc. It looks so stylish and can worn as a shoulder or crossbody, or on the pushchair with the stroller straps. Overall I'm very pleased with my bag and would highly recommend

Great bags, high quality, stylish, and with everything you need from a changing bag

I love the bag, it has so many compartments, I love that it comes with a changing mat and an insulated bottle pouch. I think my favourite thing about it though, is that I can wear it as a backpack 🙂

I have been using it for 6 months but the velcro has started to become weak and the bag is constantly falling down. A stronger material is needed.

The bag is great, large enough for everything you need and hangs on the pushchair really well

Extremely unhappy with the quality of the products, I feel they are subpar and poorly designed, I spent £150 on them and BabyMel refuse to refund me on them despite their website stating they will refund in your not happy with an item.

Would completely avoid this company, expensive, poorly designed items

Fast and smooth delivery, product looks exactly like on the photos. Easy and comfortable to use them, very well designed for all the needs of babies and mums.

The straps for buggy are annoying and the bag gets in the way. I found myself just putting the back underneath.

Overall I love this bag, the pros out weigh the cons.

Great products, quick delivery

Good quality, stylish and comfortable when you’re out and about. I would have loved the inside of the bag to have a part where you can zip up inside of Velcro

Absolutely love the rucksack but the changing mat isn’t waterproof which is such an error!
Our daughter did a wee during a nappy change on day 1 of use and it went straight through onto the sofa.
Why is it not waterproof? It doesn’t make any sense???

Kept me up to date and came quite quickly. As for the bunny, he’s so gorgeous
