I found everything I was looking for

I found everything I was looking for, but one of my products was cancelled after paying for it. Maybe a more update stock could help avoid the returns (not due to money return but expectation of getting what I wanted was missed).

My first package came

My first package came, didn't pick it up yet. Site seems to have nice selection of products and discount codes. The baby points seem like there's not much to gain from them, the price reduction is insignificant and only can be used after 14 days of ordering which is a disadvantage.

Save you money and go elsewhere .

Save you money and go elsewhere .
We purchase 13 items for our baby on black friday and we got some discounts on all of the items , but then when we got them we didnt like some of them and decided to return them .
1st we needed to pay 89 kr in order to return them which came as a big surprise to us as usually online company offer that for free anyway we went with it and paid the 89kr.
2nd now they want to remove the discount on all of our items ( we bought 13 items and return 2 )
3rd when we try to contact them it seems impossible , we have been trying to reach for 5 days now both e-mail and phone.
So do yourself a favor and dont order from there

Do not refund money, awful support

I've ordered 2 products that were displayed as "in stock" in online store, received email that those are not in stock. Got refund only for one product, negotiations and awaiting to get money back for second one are ongoing for 4 weeks already. Not possible to reach support by phone (robot drops the call), email communcation is poor. Do not recomend.

UPD: Unexpectedly received the product in the end, which is good, but comunication, notifications and support experience during incident still was poor, slow and confusing as described above.
