Highly recommend
I've ordered several times online with BabyDoc Shop. They are always the best value for big price baby items and if the item is in stock, you will nearly always have it the next day. Lovely customer service to deal with also.

I missed that the buggy had a lead time…
I missed that the buggy had a lead time of 4 to 5 weeks when I bought the bugaboo butterfly customer service advised straight away and it ended up only taking 3 weeks will be ordering from here again 😊

I would highly recommend BabyDoc shop
I would highly recommend BabyDoc shop. They price matched a product for me with no problem at all. The customer service was excellent. My order was shipped a few hours after it was placed & I received it 2 days later.

Do not purchase from them
Awful service. Ordered a car seat and money taken from my account.
Contacted them 5 weeks later and they are unable to provide the seat and I can no longer source it anywhere else as it was discontinued in the five week gap.
I rang and was told that accounts would have to contact me, they couldn't transfer me. I asked them to ring me to discuss it and they "couldn't get through"
So have emailed my wish for a full refund which I will be keeping an eye on my account for.

Friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
I recently got a new double buggy and only decided the day before we went away that we needed a travel bag for it. The team at BabyDoc were incredibly helpful via WhatsApp in figuring out the likelihood of getting it to me on time (it wasn’t in stock in my local store). The bag was delivered really quickly (a little over 24 hours after I ordered) but even if it hadn’t, the customer service and communication with Genevieve was fantastic! Would definitely recommend BabyDoc and we’ll continue to shop with them!
