HATE

For the first year of using this very expensive car seat it was endless problems. Starting with a magnetic clip that could be opened by a 6 month old. Then onto the app issues,
constant reminders that weren’t true, kid left in seat, while said kid was with me, etc. I eventually stopped charging the base (which also needed to be charged monthly, removing the whole massive heavy set to charge every month) and I stopped using the app. I reached out to tech support and they said it’s a known issue, blah blah blah. No fix. The seat moves a LOT. They say it’s normal but if we’re in an accident baby would be slamming back and forth. Hated that. I left 2 reviews on their site, BOTH they promptly deleted!! Eventually they reached out and said they would like to send me a new seat when it comes out later that year fixing those issues. Well, it’s been 2 years, nobody has reached out and a seat was never sent. The car seat has been replaced by two significantly cheaper seats, and a huge amount of money less. The baby ark sits in our garage collected dust. Hate the seat, hate the company even more.
