Failure to cancel a subscription that was not declared as a subscription - it was portrayed as payment for clothing as a once off expense.
Despite repeated requests to cancel and receiving emails confirming the cancellation, further charges were collected from my account.
Extremely dissatisfied with the misleading ad and the level of service to resolve a subscription issue that was misleading.
I was then offered a refund if I submit a favourable review - totally disingenuous
