awful cheap material !! Not true to size
Was so happy when my pants came they were gorgeous but unfortunately they are just far too long and not true to size. First time I wore them I’d gone out in the rain and they had gotten some marks on the bottom due to the length followed wash instructions and all sorts and washed the pants inside out. The material is not even velvet anymore is so rough I can’t even wear them and I only had worn them not even for a hour once!! 🤦🏻♀️for like £90 it’s completely not worth the money at all. Wish I’d get a refund absolutely cheap material and overly priced for absolutely nothing. Could find better on SHEIN! Not to mention how long I had to wait for them to come!

I have located your order, placed in the evening of the 15th October and can see the order was dispatched first thing the next morning. Looking at the tracking, the order was delivered on the 18th which is within our standard postage times of 2-4 days.
All of our products are made here in London using premium, responsibly sourced materials, and our joggers are designed slightly longer than average to better accommodate taller sizes. To help customers achieve their perfect fit, we include easy iron-on hemming tape with every pair so they can be taken up at home if needed.
We also recommend washing at 30°C and avoiding tumble drying, as high heat can affect the softness and finish of the fabric.

Look ok on but low quality material and too expensive for item I have to take up myself
I like the look of the joggers but they are very much over priced for what they are. I don’t think the material is particularly good quality for £90 joggers. The fact you have to take up yourself is ridiculous for such an expensive item. It took me around 30 mins to take them up properly with a sewing machine as I know the iron on stuff doesn’t last and is hard work to use.

Quality of the product is just okay…
Quality of the product is just okay you'd be better off buying equivalent from subdued for half the price. They also have no ability to ship to europe without charging UK customs but only recently updated their site to say this so you'll end up paying anywhere between 30 and 70 euro on top of your shipment.

Bought a pair of joggers for my daughter’s birthday, didn’t realise there’s only 28day return . Return date was well past and my daughter needed a different size unfortunately .
Customer service replied within a few hours and honoured a refund so I could replace .

Horrible company AVOID
Horrible company. Joggers arrived weeks after ordering and were completely damaged. Paid £80 for absolutely nothing as Babble and Goose won’t do anything.
They take your money but have zero customer care

Overpriced, with slow shipping
Very overpriced joggers, quality is okay but expected better for the price. Delivery price (£5.95) is ridiculous considering it isn’t even next day delivery!

Over priced. Terrible customer experience.
A premium brand charging nearly £100 for a pair of joggers (that don’t even colour match the bandeau top), you’d expect their customer service to be exceptional. Sadly not. The sizing also only allows for a super skinny waist so very tight - I wouldn’t waste your money, even if you are ‘slim’. They need to review their customer experience versus what you pay, big time! I will not be buying this brand again.
