Ordered a fabulous Gift box of goodies with a personalised onesie , personalised blanket & a gorgeous soft toy. Quality of the items is lovely , the presentation box it came in is beautiful and this really is a stunning gift to give. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. I ordered a newborn baby suit for my great grandson who wasn't due for a few.months but my granddaughter was warned the baby may come early. I was having to travel up in a few weeks time and was concerned my gift wouldn't be here in time as it was a pre-order. I sent an email to customer services and couldn't believe how quick they responded. My suit has just turned up and its gorgeous. Very soft and cute I can't wait to give it to my granddaughter when I see her soon. Thank you so much I will certainly be.ordering again in the future.

Awful company and customer service - I ordered 2 items before my baby was born back in October.. waited past the shipping date I was given and nothing arrived or any update. I emailed to find out what was going on to be told one item wasn’t in stock and they would cancel it off my order. So I waited again for the remaining item to be delivered which again never came, I emailed again to chase and was told this wasn’t in stock either! Zero communication from them and I assume my order would have never arrived and they wouldn’t have let me know. I have emailed around 5 more times for my refund which still hasn’t been done! Scam!

Really disappointed. Order a personalised romper in the Black Friday sale. Nowhere on the website does it say no personalisation due to the sale. When I found this is out I wasn’t happy cos that’s the reason I wanted it. I asked for the order to be cancelled but it wasn’t and when it arrived on the invoice was written personalisation not paid for!!! There was no option to add payment for it and it was listed as personalised. Now not only has it taken over 48 hours for a response they expect me to pay to return it. I won’t be ordering again.

Sorry but i really am not happy with my purchases, I received all my items pre order and they were 2 weeks late. No update of the delay and no email to even say that they were dispatched when they finally were. The quality is shocking, i could have made them myself. None of them were tagged with any size, washing instructions except for one where the tag was on the outside of the garment blatantly a mistake but should have been picked up before sending out. The tag is held by the thinnest cheapest material and stitch I've ever seen. Items are cute but the fact that the basics were missing but still sent out is quite telling. Such a shame as the items online looked lovely. x

I’ve bought a few things from this brand and I absolutely love everything I have received. All the newborn bits are adorable and I’m excited to get things for my niece’s and nephew’s for Christmas.

I have mixed feeling regarding this company as the website and products all look lovely and they market themselves as unique and stylish however I have come to realise that everything I ordered from them is on Ali express for a fraction of the price, this explains the pre order concept… it’s basically drop shipping. This isn’t illegal however I feel duped as I thought I was paying for quality materials.
Also my order was late and had to keep chasing up with customer service.

Recently purchased a baby grow from Babbico after seeing some videos on Instagram and following them for a while I finally decided to make my first purchase. I’m really pleased I did. The quality is exceptional and very soft I’m so excited for the outfit to be my baby’s coming home outfit in November. Thank you Babbico for the perfect outfit.

The best quality soft toys we own! My daughter was given a babbico set with blanket, teddy & comforter and immediately took to the Evie elephant comforter. It wasn’t sold separately on the website so I messaged babbico and they were polite and helpful in allowing me to order one as a spare. We recently lost once of these comforters so I again messaged babbico to order another and they sent us a comforter & matching teddy too for free! Couldn’t recommend them enough - super customer service and really soft cosy toys that wash well.

Ordered 6 weeks ago & have yet to receive a single item. 2 items I ordered were stated as pre order and would be a 3 week wait, so even for those things, they’re currently 3 weeks late with still no sign of being delivered. I have emailed and been told twice they will send my order out on X day but this never happens. They’re saying they’re a small team and gave lots of orders but this is just not okay. Don’t take people’s money if you can’t deliver!
