Slow redemtion
I won 100 dollars last Friday and I redeemed to go to my chime account still havent recieved an approval email yet and it's been a week. I dont understand how people are saying there redemtion was fast because waiting a week and still no approval email that sucks!!! Every other casino i cashout from takes less then 24hours never had this problem before. Smh im not spending not 1 dollars anymore on here.

Great experience with this casino $75 on a game it wasn’t able to be taken out of cash, but I love that they have the gift card options and so I was very happy that it wasn’t solely just a cash withdrawal that you could also do gift card so I was really appreciative that I love their games. You pay to lose, or you pay to win. It's a casino, I understand that. It took a whole lot of deposits to finally hit the minimum cash redemption limit. Probably once a year, if you're lucky enough, you get blessed with more than cash redeem. However, the odds are still very risky. I would love if the redemption time was much faster. At the moment i have been waiting for about TWO WEEKS! Two weeks to get my redemption, which is still in review and I haven't received my redemption yet. However, I am still grateful, as I have got my redemption up to nearly $400. But it is still a burden to wait two weeks to receive my redemption. Customer service seems to be non existent and is failing/refusing to expedite my process. Please help. Thank you in advance!
