Complete BS from Babacasino redeemed a giftcard on 7/24 and they STILL have not sent out my GIFT CARD. It's literally a GIFTCARD. Prizeout never takes 10 days to send out a giftcard but only baba casino purposely delays a redemption for 10 STRAIGHT DAYS to get paid. Sketchy redemption time
I like the games but the redemption time is not for the weary. My first redemption took about 2 days but the second one… let’s just say I’m on business day 9. I reached out to customer service and they advised it can take up to 10 business days to receive the funds. Play somewhere else if you want your money sooner. I have been playing slots for years and I’ve never had to wait this long. Once I receive my redemption I’m closing my account.

I like the games but it’s a long battle to finally get a win I believe I have been playing with them about 2 yrs and have only had 2 redemption, the 1st redemption was probably a little over a year ago it went quickly, I won $300 on the 20th and still have not even received the approval on that yet Friday will be the 10th business day so we shall see what happens then 👀.
