Worst customer service you can expect from a professional company. Ordered a 50 m hose on their website. The price was wrong so instead of calling me to tell me about the problem they decided to only send me 1 meter of the hose but still left 50m on the invoice. When I called them they told me that it was obviously a mistake, fair enough but then you should call the customer and ask if they want to correct the order and get what they actually wanted them for the right price. Obviously I couldn’t use 1 m hose if I needed 50m..so I asked to return the item and have my money refunded. The problem is that they still charged me for the shipping even though it was their mistake. After that they completely ignored all my emails.
