I was looking for an AI website design platform for my business and came across B12. It was so easy to use, edit, and publish. I’m really impressed with how I was able to turn a chat into a full website exactly how I envisioned it.

I had never built a website before but in a couple of hours I had it up and running. I got 500 visits in the first 2 weeks with very favourable comments from all on the layout and workings of the website.

The website is easyto use and great customer service, should you run into issues!

It appears I was provided with incorrect information by the customer service team. They informed me that:
1. I had approved the deletion of my website, and
2. The website was subsequently deleted.

Both of these statements were inaccurate. My website remained inaccessible from my dashboard for an extended period, though this issue has now been resolved to enable website switcher. Unfortunately, it took a negative review to prompt action and address the problem. It’s disappointing that such issues require public feedback to be resolved.

Additionally, I lost access to my entire website after requesting the cancellation of my paid subscription. This raises serious concerns about data safety and backup protocols. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend subscribing to this service and advise others to proceed with caution.

I have been working with B12 since Summer of 2023 on my website before my clinic even opened! Everything has been very easy with them, they are professional and talented. Any question I have they promptly answer and my website is beautiful

I have never created a website before, however the process wasn't daunting, and with the support of B12 it's now up and running. I also.played with a chat bot, and have created a custom GPT, which is now part of my site. It's all very flexible, intuitive and fun. I would highly recommend B12

Mike was extremely thorough and available for the entire process of building my website. He used great references from other sites to maximize mine and has been an absolute pleasure to work with

We had a consultation with Michael. He was very well-informed and easy to talk to. He listened to my questions and answered everything. There were a few logistical aspects that I didn't understand and he offered to help me with these things. We are very grateful to him. I am excited about my website. We had an extremely disappointing experience with B12.io. Their outdated Privacy Policy (2018) and Terms of Service (2021) are not in compliance with New York State laws, including proper cancellation and billing practices. Despite multiple requests, B12 could not provide a signed contract or proof of agreement to their terms. When we filed a legitimate dispute with our bank, B12 immediately canceled our account but still charged for the entire month of December, even though the service was terminated on December 11th.

Take your business elsewhere! There are companies charging only $20/month, offering unlimited edits, and giving clients full control of their websites. In stark contrast, B12 took over six months to complete what should have been a simple project, especially marketing their AI platform, demanded additional funds for edits, and still failed to deliver satisfactory results. For comparison, we launched our new website with another provider in just two days.

We also echo the sentiments of other reviews, such as Michael and Madeline’s experience shared by Lissa Tucker. It seems B12 has a pattern of taking payments from multiple clients while failing to deliver on promises. Their refusal to issue refunds and lack of accountability only add to the frustration.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid B12.io. There are far better, more affordable options that prioritize customer satisfaction and professionalism.

HERE IS AN UPDATE AND IN RESPONSE WITH B12 COMMENT BELOW: Our company was forced to launch our website in August as they mentioned no more edits or they will need to charge for edits plus monthly subscription of $199 was already charged for us since we started with them in June even though our website was not launched. In between June-August and horrible communication, the expert took several vacations and did not informed us as a result of continuous delay. On another note, our company emailed them to cancel services on Dec 1st but B12 still charged us and respond that it was for services until end of December 29th which is in contradiction with b12 response below. The payment was not for previous monthly (November) subscription. If you need to cancel, clients need to book an appointment with b12 because there is absolutely no way you can remove your card info on their website. The exact terminology used when we requested images on our website "images provided was a mere courtesy" and the expert used Dalle which is an AI generated image web application that is on ChatGPT. Another issue we had was the so-call expert was new using this image generated application and was going to launched these images with misspelled words which we have not experienced before with any of our vendors.

Micheal and the team are great! Built a wonderful website and have been a pleasure to work with! Communication has been great and they kept me update through the process. Couldn’t ask for a better team!

The client partner I worked with was very good! The creative design aspect, I ended up scraping and largely redoing and implementing myself, while having the designer make sizing edits, or other things I could not access. Thankfully, it led me to a better understanding of the full functionality of the platform. I would recommend the service and really like the concept! Be sure to review the subscription selections first (prior to the sales call).

We are brand new entrepreneurs who needed assistance building a website that would truly reflect our brand and Michael didn't miss a beat when he heard our concept and went right to work to make our vision a reality. Run!!! Do not use this company at all. I have spent so much time providing detailed instructions, photos, and input for what goes where only to be promised things would get done and never were!!!! Very sloppy and Madeline and Michael only provided excuses during every stage. They have not even spelled my company name correctly repeatedly!!!!

Scam, dangerous scammers service once you enter it is impossible to unsubscribe without even using their free trial. They invade your email with unwanted messages and you can't unsubscribe there either.

be aware, they now use AI on some platforms to sell you their service imbedded into "free" AI assistants.
They are doing it wihtout your consent. Personally I got feeling being a Guinea pig and subject
to consealed testing, causing me stress and significant blood pressure increase.
Transcript and records are on file, will be released to the governing authority, not to B12.

Great experience and user friendly with lots of options.

The subscription process is pure scam. First there is no button to cancel the subscription. You have to contact the customer support via chatbox, which are there available on american timezones. They dont wait for anwers and close the chat after any hours. Then they mention to contact you on phone or email, after you confirm a reasion. Without reason they dont let you go. It isn't enough to chat with them. When you want to leave, they don't let you go!
