Great customer service
Great customer service. We had storms in US and package was delayed. They contacted the facility to see where it was and why it was delayed and got back to me super fast. Much appreciated as the token was for a memorial for my dear friend.

Tokens are premium. Shipping issues.
Token are premium and very pleased with quality and service.
However, I was hit with unexpected fees upon arrival in Canada via DHL so it drops it a star.

Shipping provider unreliable
Shipping provider unreliable. DHL messaged delivery by EOD (5:00 p.m.) and yet was unable to deliver product on time after two attempts. Notice from DHL was, 'premise closed' after two attempts of delivery at 7:00 p.m. each day. By DHL's shipping standard, EOD is 6:00 p.m.

I received a proof that had black text and graphics so I was assuming that the text and graphics on the tokens would be black. When we received them, they were't as we expected.
