I have been using these for a month no change in weight if anything I have gained weight. Oh and I haven’t been over eating 😢was really hoping these would help . Iam however £40 lighter for buying them . Maybe that’s what they mean u will be lighter in the pocket. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I bought B+ weight management from a reputable supplier I have finished my first box and for my surprise I have not lost 1 Kilo of weight, so I think that this is all an fake advert of what it can do. I want to know who is going to refund the money I spent on this rubbish.06

I bought 2 boxes and then I paid to return the boxes as I wasn’t exactly sure what was contained in the capsules! Plus I read some frightening stories about this product
After around 20 emails, they still refuse to refund anything. A total scam.

I have noticed an improvement in how I feel since starting it a month ago, though I can't definitively attribute it to B+ or not.

My second delivery was supposed to arrive three days ago and still hasn't. Your team is sending it again, but I'm concerned about the possibility of this issue happening again.

Oh I feel so silly! What an absolute big fat jackanory story ! One month in and have put 5lb weight on ! Now actually worried about what I have been putting into my body. I had faith and then came back for a second look at reviews without skinny girl glasses on and it looks like the scam has caught up with itself. We live and learn so let’s not beat ourselves up for believing it. Boo, hiss to the scammers…. Remember karma !

I plan to continue taking it daily since i am getting better sleep and mood by taking it, hopefully weight loss is next

Capsule easy to swallow and its easy to remember when you have to take it so no problem as well there for me. Lost 5lbs without diet for a weeek so id say not bad right?

I bought 3 months supply due to the google reviews that claimed these where the best weight loss supplements on the market.
So I have been taking them for 2 weeks and there has been no change in weight or appetite. In my first week, I put on a pound and I do understand that weight fluctuates (I'm not a beginner 😂😂). So didn't think too much of the increase. Second week on and I'm aware that the appetite suppression side of it, is sadly not working. I did notice in the first week a maximum of 3 days where I felt full and believed the supplements where working but that was short lived.
I think I believed this would be the miracle weight loss supplement that most overweight people pray for but sadly it is not! Your already following a calorie controlled diet, so it's you as an individual that is losing the weight, not the magic pill. I know from speaking to an NHS dietician that calorie controlled diets are not feasible and are no longer recommended. I know this from experience as I was on a weight loss programme they recommend earlier this year.
So I've contacted B+ and I am returning the 2 remaining full boxes for a refund.
I think it's sad that we put so much trust in weight supplements and not in ourselves. If you can stay on a calorie controlled diet and you exercise why do you need anything else.
