I ordered a Marc Jacobs large canvas tote. The item was in perfect condition; no flaws or signs of wear. This was my first time ordering from B-Exit, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The transaction was positive from beginning to end. I received multiple updates concerning the processing and shipping of the item, which is always re-assuring that your item is moving through the ordering process. The tote was delivered within 3-4 days and I was surprised how fast it shipped.
Overall, it as a great experience and I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

the retoure ist quite expensive
The delivery was in time. I had to send the package back, becaus the sneakers did not fit. I had to pay 32,99 € for the returne, this was outrageous!
The processing of the return was pretty quick.

The shoes are shitty quality
The shoes are shitty quality, but since I live in US and have already paid $85 in tariffs which I was notified of in advance by B-exit, I m stuck with the consequences of my actions. Ended up paying over $250 for something that looks like $20
