Con from beginning to end my Wife…

Con from beginning to end my Wife ordered a Dress that turned out to be Poor Quality,Paid extra for Quick Delivery which did not materialize,Size was nothing like that ordered.
Return for refund is a Joke has to go to America at a Cost exceeding Cost of Item by at least Two.
Avoid this Company like the Plague

I have been waiting for a month and a…

I have been waiting for a month and a half for ONE item. I have written to them, no response, and the
tracking number goes nowhere...So disappointed and it was not a cheap item. I will try to fight it with my credit card, but not much hope there! NEVER again!

VERY POOR customer service! Unhappy customer!

I am having a terrible experience with Azzlee. I waited endlessly after several inquiries they finally told me two of the items I ordered were out of stock! Why did that not show up when I first ordered? I waited almost three weeks before finding out. Trying to get reimbursed or my credit card credited was a nightmare and I am still waiting. Have written several messages to their help desk with no resolve yet. This ends my business with this company. I don't think they even deserve the ONE star!

Quality and fit of clothes very poor

Quality and fit of clothes very poor. Website says Azzlee.co.uk ,when trying to return clothes told I'd have to post to the US. Took 3 emails before they would give me the address by then I'd been offered 70% refund to keep clothes. Don't be conned by this company like I was!

Not a good experience

Not a good experience. 2 items ordered were never received and when I requested an update I was told that it was out of stock. Out of the 2 items that I did receive, they were nothing like the items pictured on their site. I wish I had read reviews before making this purchase. Such a disappointment.

Haven’t received the items

Haven’t received the items, glad I only spent £60, could have been worse, just putting it down to a scam. Don’t buy from here I wish I had looked at reviews. The tracking number doesn’t work.

Blouse arrived too late for occasion, not like picture, cheap material. No address given for return, offered £6, not yet received. Wish I had read reviews, will not buy from Azzlee again & def not recommended.

Ordered a dress

Ordered a dress , when it arrived it was
Extremely long and therefore no good . Contacted them and they said it can be returned but not to address on label ,I would have to ship it with tracking (don’t know where to) as they haven’t provided an address or I. could accept £8 as compensation and not return dress . Have asked for return address and will check how much the return will cost , as dress cost £35 . I suppose you run this risk with overseas suppliers

Absolutely not worth buying from this…

Absolutely not worth buying from this company. The clothes look great in the picture on the website,but they are really bad quality. As for a returns policy, there isn't one. Fobbed off with a fraction of the price back as compensation...if I ever get it. Based overseas which explains the crazy cost of shipping. No return label or returns information. No information on material and the sizing is all over the place. Very unhappy customer.

The worst worst worst

The worst worst worst. I will spend many hours writing about them. I’m sorry I had to press one star to write about them. Do NOT buy from them. The articles look like they were made in. Someone’s basement. I had no luck returning the item. They gave me several choices but never got back to me. Will not even give it to good will. Off to the dumpster.

DO NOT BUY FROM AZZLEE

I find Azlee's website deceptive: Azzlee does not disclose the order comes directly from overseas (China most likely). Azzlee does not disclose it takes over 3 weeks to get an order (order placed 29 April 2025 - received 18 May 2025). Azzlee does not inform at the time of purchase that people are buying from overseas, the website does not state it neither. Azzlee's website upon scrutiny has all the red flags: heavily edited images, only one image of the item is shown, does not list the type of fabric the item is made of (because all of items are made from synthetic cheap fabric), only good reviews are shown. The website does not have a physical address or the phone number of the seller. Azzlee's return practice is apprehensible, they do not offer a return shipping label, instead they offer you to keep the item and 30% credit back or a gift card. All of this makes it there is NO RETURN policy.

I have been trying to return 3 items I purchased. I have asked for the shipping address for 3 days now. NO ONE has responded. The items pictured DO NOT match the product you receive. One T-shirt I received has torn seams. THEY are a rip-off

Misleading photos & extremely poor quality

Misleading photos. Don’t be fooled.
Never again will I order from an unknown company. Waited a month for my items. Greatly disappointed in the quality. Photos look far superior quality. Flimsy cheap materials. Sizing off I ordered medium in dress & expected calf to midi length. Dress is enormous & maxi length. Trousers are opposite come up very small. Don’t waste your money. My items will go straight to charity box

AFTERCARE BEWARE.

When I tried to return an item the return adress was in the USA, which would have cost me £27 in postage. Furthermore I received an invoice from Fedex for £16.96 as I was listed as the importer of the goods! This issue has still not been resolved after 3 months.
