I am having a terrible experience with Azzlee. I waited endlessly after several inquiries they finally told me two of the items I ordered were out of stock! Why did that not show up when I first ordered? I waited almost three weeks before finding out. Trying to get reimbursed or my credit card credited was a nightmare and I am still waiting. Have written several messages to their help desk with no resolve yet. This ends my business with this company. I don't think they even deserve the ONE star!

Quality and fit of clothes very poor. Website says Azzlee.co.uk ,when trying to return clothes told I'd have to post to the US. Took 3 emails before they would give me the address by then I'd been offered 70% refund to keep clothes. Don't be conned by this company like I was!

Not a good experience. 2 items ordered were never received and when I requested an update I was told that it was out of stock. Out of the 2 items that I did receive, they were nothing like the items pictured on their site. I wish I had read reviews before making this purchase. Such a disappointment.

Extremely long and therefore no good . Contacted them and they said it can be returned but not to address on label ,I would have to ship it with tracking (don’t know where to) as they haven’t provided an address or I. could accept £8 as compensation and not return dress . Have asked for return address and will check how much the return will cost , as dress cost £35 . I suppose you run this risk with overseas suppliers

Absolutely not worth buying from this company. The clothes look great in the picture on the website,but they are really bad quality. As for a returns policy, there isn't one. Fobbed off with a fraction of the price back as compensation...if I ever get it. Based overseas which explains the crazy cost of shipping. No return label or returns information. No information on material and the sizing is all over the place. Very unhappy customer.

I find Azlee's website deceptive: Azzlee does not disclose the order comes directly from overseas (China most likely). Azzlee does not disclose it takes over 3 weeks to get an order (order placed 29 April 2025 - received 18 May 2025). Azzlee does not inform at the time of purchase that people are buying from overseas, the website does not state it neither. Azzlee's website upon scrutiny has all the red flags: heavily edited images, only one image of the item is shown, does not list the type of fabric the item is made of (because all of items are made from synthetic cheap fabric), only good reviews are shown. The website does not have a physical address or the phone number of the seller. Azzlee's return practice is apprehensible, they do not offer a return shipping label, instead they offer you to keep the item and 30% credit back or a gift card. All of this makes it there is NO RETURN policy.

Never again will I order from an unknown company. Waited a month for my items. Greatly disappointed in the quality. Photos look far superior quality. Flimsy cheap materials. Sizing off I ordered medium in dress & expected calf to midi length. Dress is enormous & maxi length. Trousers are opposite come up very small. Don’t waste your money. My items will go straight to charity box
AFTERCARE BEWARE.
When I tried to return an item the return adress was in the USA, which would have cost me £27 in postage. Furthermore I received an invoice from Fedex for £16.96 as I was listed as the importer of the goods! This issue has still not been resolved after 3 months.
