Azur st Lenards

Food is absolutely lovely BUT drinks are very expensive.
When paying the bill we are told they only take cash, cash machine opposite charges £1.25 to get your cash out.
Now days most places only take card payments.
Probably wouldn’t stop there again.

Such a lovely place to go for meal on a beautiful evening! This restaurant is situated on the marina pavillion and from both the oudoor terrace and the floor to ceiling glass windows in the restaurant itself, it offers fantastic sea views. We enjoyed watching the sun go down on the terrace with a glass of chilled wine whilst choosing our dishes ... not easy as there were quite a few dishes I wanted to try. The moules marinieres were very good.... so good that I didn't do justice to my main course dish which was a prawn and crab salad. My partner had scampi as a main course and the most fantastic chips! All the staff were helpful and friendly...chatty without being intrusive. A big thank you to Barbara who made a 'doggy bag' for me to enjoy the remainder of my salad the next day ....good idea!
