Awful to work with

Awful to work with. Told me I could cancel the system whenever we wanted but then had a sign a contract for multiple years that says we can not cancel in the fine print.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER THREE WEEKS FOR TWO WITHDRAWALS TO BE COMPLETED, BUT THE FUNDS STILL HAVE NOT ARRIVED. DESPITE REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO GET ASSISTANCE, I ONLY RECEIVED AUTOMATED RESPONSES WITHOUT ANY REAL SUPPORT OR CLEAR ANSWERS.

THE DELAY AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION FROM THE FINANCE TEAM ARE COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND HAVE CAUSED A GREAT DEAL OF FRUSTRATION, MAKING ME QUESTION THE RELIABILITY OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

LUCKILY, 𝐪𝐰k𝐳𝐚 HANDLED THE SITUATION QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THEY PROVIDED TRANSPARENT UPDATES, TOOK IMMEDIATE ACTION, AND MADE SURE THE ISSUE WAS FULLY RESOLVED. THEIR SUPPORT WAS DEEPLY APPRECIATED.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. I am writing a third review of how this company is trying to steal money from me.
They have my £200 but still refuse to refund me my money. I receive phone calls regularly since summer 2023 using different landline and mobile phone numbers.

Their latest scam is to send me an email demanding more money and threatening to charge me.

Dear client,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out because we need your immediate attention regarding your liquidation plan. Your Azura-Capital account has been suspended due to inactivity, and I want to help you resolve this before any extra charges apply.

Exciting News! Your account has gained substantial profits thanks to our AI trading algorithm. Now is the perfect time to claim your funds urgently!

Here’s what you need to know about your balance statement and the steps you need to take to liquidate your account:

To turn your balance of €105,046.40 into funds you can withdraw, please follow these steps as soon as you can:

Purchase an ETH Contract: You’ll need to buy an ETH contract for 20.5% of the liquidation amount—this comes to €21,534.52. This step is crucial for unlocking your funds.

Use Your Personal Wallet: Make sure to complete this transaction using your personal wallet.

Transfer Timeline: Once you’ve made the purchase, the €105,046.40 will be transferred to your personal wallet. This usually takes 1-2 business days, but the sooner you act, the better.

Confirm Receipt: After you confirm that you’ve received the €105,046.40, we will promptly refund the ETH contract amount of €21,534.52 back to you.

A Quick Heads-Up: If we don’t hear from you soon, your account might incur additional charges, and your funds could eventually be offered to interested clients for liquidation. I really want to help you avoid that!

Total Amount: By following these steps, you’ll have a total of €126,580.91 ready for you.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if there’s anything I can do to assist you. Your quick response is important!

Trading Risk Disclaimer: Please be aware that trading involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for every investor. You could lose some or all of your invested capital, and it is important to only trade with money you can afford to lose. Make sure to conduct thorough research and consider seeking financial advice if needed.

Best Regards,
Michael Lloyd

Absolute SCAM

Absolute SCAM. They never pay a penny back. I made a lot of money trading, NOT their system but when I asked for a small refund they wanted to have access to my computer as they can only pay back in crypto, duhhh. As I refused, they burned £50000 over a weekend in trades without permission. TOTAL SCAM

FRAUD AND SCAM BEWARE

This is 100% a scam company, they will take your money and they falsify everything and they will not give you your money back. When a company asks you to pay more money to take the money you deposited out, SCAM. When they feed you lies about it being for tax purposes, SCAM. For anti money laundering purposes, you don't need to put more money in, you need to show where the money came from (the source of legitimate funds). Saying that more money is needed to put in for anti money laundering is a lie. Another excuse saying if you don't put more money in, they will lock your account for 7 years. No basic or crypto account works like this, only RIF's, Pensions, or Locked in RSP's. Read their complete website and KYC and Contract. It is all completely fraudulent. Their address in Sydney is incorrect or falsified, and if you call their contact numbers listed on the website there will be no answering machine. A professional company must have an answering machine, that's BASIC. Their "brokers" are based in Switzerland, apparently. Why? Because it's a SCAM. If you ask them any questions, they will say it's not possible to explain, and also hang up on you. Again, professionals do not operate and behave in this way, so that is also a scam sign. Please stay away from this company. I pray they get shut down for their deception.

They are extremely unreliable

When it comes to calling you to invest they are always very active , but when you have a complain you don’t hear from them. “Assėts P” is by far a more reliable one for all investors. They have very active customer service and the returns are pretty decent. More importantly you don’t have to worry about your deposits going anywhere. Super reliable for me so far.

I've been a Azura capital customer…

I've been a Azura capital customer since June 23 and all was going well until I needed to get some money not all but enough to get my car's gearbox repaired and now it's been 5 weeks and still no money. As soon as I asked Dave Kaplan Senior Broker he started treating me differently and when I asked him he said he would pass it on to the finance department and they will contact me tomorrow, well tomorrow has been 2 weeks and no reply from them yet.

Please avoid

Please avoid, they are a complete scam. They call you from computer generated numbers. I got back my money but they keep calling me. I told them they are a scam but they couldn't prove they are not. Please don't be fooled by the positive reviews.
Think twice.
