Good cosmetic product provider, but communications need improvement

Order for a cosmetic product, which was on stock, raised on 09. Sept 2026. Price and shipping cost already paid. Confirmation email received with a promise of sending the goods.
After a week i asked if the good is available and when it could be dispatched. Answer arrived on 22. Sept. stating the package was sent on 16. Sept.
Now i'm waiting for the arrival of the product, seems a correct seller, but communication speed must improve!
