I opened an account, deposited and played £20 and I'm still waiting to receive the promised bonus funds the next day
The variety of games is good and they play and flow well.
I was really pleased to find they have my favourite bingo game (Bouncy Balls Bingo)
When you play the 50p game and collect 50 bouncy balls you get £2.50 bonus split between bingo and games
I did have a win; however, please be mindful when purchasing games or playing slots that your cash balance will be used before your bonus balances
I realise this is a small gripe but between this and the non payment of my new player bonus I think the overall score is only average, sorry

I sent a message through the chat option on site and got a fairly speedy response advising me to e-mail support, which I've done and had an automated response at 11:03 on 09-01-17 advising they have received my e-mail which a representative will respond to soo
