After many months of EXTREME pain i spoke with and met the doctors of AZPTC in Tempe Az. they said that they could do the surgery that i needed on My back and so I scheduled the appointment only to find out that they did not accept My Insurance ,and that they accepted Aetna so In switched Ins.companys and now they tell me MONTHS ;later that the Doctor performing the operation doesnt Take Insurance .W T F these people are Dishonest and a TOTAL RIP OFF BEWARE !!!!!!!!!
