DO NOT BOOK HERE. It's a scam. They booked us in Màlaga even though we had booked in Madrid and suddenly the phone, chat and later the website was down so we never got a room nor refund or a response. We have sent a case to the consumer protection office in Madrid. You should do it aswell if they have done the same to you.
I had my worst hotel experience to date at AyZ Hotel Cabrini in Madrid. We arrived around midnight. The hotel had a digital check-in system. But the system couldnt find our name in the database - even though we had a confirmation email, with a reservation number. We were in contact with several help chats to try to solve the issue so we could get in to the hotel but they stopped responding and ignored our emails. We sat several hours on the staircase outside the hotel in the middle of the night. We ended up having to find another hotel after 02 at night to be able to get some sleep. Afterwards the hotel have ignored our emails. So this ended up being a very expensive and unpleasant hotel experience.
