Came to Ayt after a few people had came I no, from the moment I got picked up from the airport my experience has been amazing, there was transport included to and from the hospital even the hotel, I had blood tests ecg before I meet the surgeron, the surgeon was amazing, knew what he was doing! He listened to everything I wanted, genuinely a lovely bloke who spoke very clear English! the care after surgery has been unreal even in the hospital after it was like a 5 star hotel, very very clean the nurses can’t do enough for you, even seen the surgeon 2 times after my surgery. The hotel was amazing to even had Netflix in our lovely clean room. Ayt staff was in the hospital, hotel even a text away, I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough! I’m absolutely over the moon with my results so much so me and my partner will be returning for our teeth in a few months, honestly if your thinking of using this company you really should!! I underwent a breast uplift and implant…
I underwent a breast uplift and implant procedure at this clinic in June 2025, travelling internationally and paying £3800.
Within a few months, I experienced significant asymmetry, with one breast dropping and developing loose skin again. This has been confirmed by the clinic as requiring revision surgery.
Despite this, I have been asked to pay additional costs for anaesthetic and hospital fees to correct the issue.
I have attempted to resolve this directly with the clinic through WhatsApp and formal email. My messages have been read but not responded to, and I have not been provided with a fair resolution.
This has been a very stressful experience, both financially and emotionally, and I am still left without a resolution.

I am now 7 days post-op from my breast augmentation and lift and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
From the minute I arrived in Antalya, everything was smooth and well organised. A friendly driver collected me from the airport and took me straight to the hospital. The hospital itself was very clean, and my room was comfortable, which really helped me feel at ease.
All pre-op tests were carried out efficiently, and I met with my surgeon, Dr Kamil who was both reassuring and pleasant. He took the time to explain everything clearly and discuss the plan which gave me full confidence going into surgery.
I am so happy with my results already—he has done a fantastic job and I am healing nicely so far.
After surgery, I stayed at the Dam Lara hotel, which was perfect for recovery. The staff were friendly and the environment was comfortable and relaxing.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with my whole experience and the results. I would happily recommend AYT Clinic and would definitely use them again for any future procedures.

Amazing tummy tuck results and service
My whole experience from start to finish has been truly amazing. Olivia really helped me feel at ease from the very beginning, when I first got in touch for a consultation, to when I arrived at the airport in turkey! I have just undergone breast surgery…
I have just undergone breast surgery with AYT clinic. My coordinator was Oliva and she has been brilliant! Nothing is too much trouble. We arrived in Antalya Monday, private transfer from the airport to the hotel, next day was operation day it went so smooth and so fast, arrived at the hospital about 10.30am brought to my private room by midday after tests and I had new boobies and was back in my room by 4pm. The surgeon was phenomenal! Listened to everything I wanted was able to answer any questions I had and really made me feel at ease. My husband was able to stay with me at no extra cost which was brilliant!! Everywhere you go for appointments and check ups are all private transfers, the coordinators are a message away and are so fast at responding! I would highly recommend ATY clinic for surgeries! And I honestly think the service you receive here is by far another level to the UK.

I would like to share my detailed experience with AYT Clinic through intermediaries.
The surgery was planned as a combination of several procedures. However, the operation turned out to be significantly longer and more complicated than expected. In my opinion, the clinic and the anesthesia team were not adequately prepared for such an extensive and prolonged procedure.
During the first intervention, serious difficulties with intubation occurred (multiple attempts). Before the second anesthesia, no proper examination of the airways was performed, despite the potential risk of swelling after previous manipulations. As a result, I developed hypoxia and nasal bleeding, which could potentially have led to more serious consequences.
After these complications, there was no proper follow-up or genuine concern regarding my health condition.
Documentation is another serious issue. The signed documents did not include a detailed breakdown of procedure costs. Upon request, medical documents were provided with delay. I was promised an official translation of the medical report; however, even after more than a week, I did not receive it. Instead, I was given a document in Turkish with a signature but without an official clinic stamp. For a clinic working with international patients, the absence of properly stamped documents and an English translation appears unprofessional.
Regarding coordination: the curator Eva behaved politely and correctly throughout the process. However, her partner (who is also her husband) became emotionally reactive and short-tempered when questions arose about documentation and clarifications. In a situation where a patient is already under stress due to medical complications, such communication style is inappropriate.
Financial consequences:
– €800 for one day of hospital stay and tests
– €300 for extended hotel accommodation
– additional transportation expenses
When everything goes smoothly, issues may not arise. However, when serious complications occur, I did not receive sufficient support or transparent communication.
I recommend that future patients request:
– a written detailed cost breakdown,
– clear information about anesthesia capabilities,
– officially stamped medical documents,
– and certified translations before leaving the country.

First of all, we would like to express that we are sincerely sorry for the experience you have had. At AYT Clinic, patient safety and health are always our highest priority.
Our patient was admitted to the hospital prior to the planned surgery, and all preoperative tests were carried out in accordance with international medical protocols. The examinations were evaluated in two separate hospitals and carefully reviewed by the relevant specialist doctors.
On the day of surgery, unexpected difficulties occurred during the intubation process, and for safety reasons, the patient could not be intubated. On the second day, intubation was attempted again using a difficult airway device; however, the procedure was once again discontinued to prioritize patient safety. At both stages, detailed explanations were provided to the patient by the responsible doctors, accompanied by translators, and all necessary medical evaluations were performed.
We do not proceed with any surgical intervention that may put a patient’s health at risk. Canceling a surgery during the preoperative stage due to medical risks is both a medical and ethical responsibility. This standard applies not only in this case but to all our patients when a health risk is identified.
After the process, the patient was transferred from the hospital to the hotel. All requested medical documents were provided completely the following day by the hospital and doctors. An official invoice was issued by our company, along with a signed and stamped explanatory document detailing the invoice. Since the patient’s communication language was Russian, the relevant explanatory letter was prepared in Russian. Documentation regarding the difficult intubation was provided directly by the doctors in English and Turkish. Additionally, all preoperative test results were delivered to the patient in full.
We are genuinely sorry that the surgery could not be performed. However, our primary responsibility is always patient safety, and refraining from proceeding with surgery in risky situations is the correct and responsible medical approach.

Expert and safe hospital experience...but agency responsibilities were lacking
Generally speaking this was a fair 10 day visit to Antalya for a cosmetic procedure but with a few areas that new patients should be aware of. My wife had a neck lift,face lift,fat transfer and upper and lower eyelid surgery over a 24hr period in hospital. The fully licenced surgeon Dr Manav was excellent along with the hospital nursing staff and anaesthetist who were well versed in these procedures. Thorough checks were carried out (blood work, x-ray and medical history) to ensure safety in conducting the procedure. All staff from the agency and the hospital are polite and reassuring. The nursing care post op was also very good from Sila and apart from breakfast (salad based, with cheese !) the hospital food was good. Transfers 'to and from the airport' were timely. However, ensure you thoroughly research,read reviews and all pre-order info requests should be conducted using a template e.g. ChatGpt which gives you the structure of questions to ask. I am a retired commercial director of a corporate medical company and feel it is equally important to improve the following areas that I felt the AYT agency were lacking, as follows: * Seren - was excellent in providing information and securing our business, she was fluent in English but went 'off grid' with various excuses as soon as we arrived in Antalya leaving us with a driver, coordinator and agency nurse who did not speak good English. So communication was patchy and on occasions a mobile phone translator was required. * Insist on information such as surgeon licencing, a letter from the surgeon confirming that he (and not a junior surgeon working under him) would be carrying out the operation etc...prior to sending a deposit or booking flights.
* We hardly saw the coordinator Oguzhan Gurkan who was a little brusque on occasion and more focused on the payment and profit than being 'on point organisationally' as he handed off key responsibilities to his 'driver' in lieu of the weekend with his family despite the fact that we were paying for his focus during our stay e.g. pick up times from hotel and hospital not communicated properly, being taken to wrong hotel post operation, post op meds being given to the driver to deliver with lack of dosage info, driver was polite and eager to please but a bit too invasive listening into conversations with nursing staff or hanging around our 'private' hospital room.* There are considerable consent forms that are 'rushed' for signature 'on the morning' of the procedure rather than being sent in advance or provided the night before to read through. This is disconcerting just before going into the Op theatre as it would be an important denial of responsibility and would take on far more importance if things go wrong.* Finally, we booked our own hotel as the hotel (DAMM) used by AYT was basic and cheap and was more for the convenience and profitability of the agency than for comfort in recovery and was in an unattractive location on a side street. You are advised to arrange for the cost of the hotel to be removed from the quote and book one on the seafront (which is also only 8 mins from the hospital). We used the 'Prime' hotel (labelled as 5*) with fabulous mediterranean sea views and close to nice bars and restaurants ideal for comfort during recovery - for £371 for 6 nights post op and worth every penny. I am sure the AYT agency staff wouldn't stay in the hotel they put their patients in if they were recovering from a cosmetic operation ! That's our honest and constructive feedback to improve on this experience.
5/3/2026 Addendum: I don't like it when you ask for honest feedback and you then attempt to obviate the adverse feedback rather than saying what you intend to do to improve. This suggests you were faultless as an agency so I have downgraded my initial review from 3* to 2*.
I reinforce the following points:
1. The actual hospitals Surgeon staff and Sila the agency nurse were very good. 2. Our English speaking liaison who arranged our procedure should have been our ideal coordinator.
3. Post op Meds should not be delivered and explained by the driver. Type written explanation of meds and dosages should provided with the meds. 4. Our driver was 45mins late picking us up from our hotel on the day of my wife's operation despite the coordinator asking us to be in reception at a specific time.
5. The driver was too invasive during my wife's post op recovery and arrived far too early for our hotel transfer and was taking us to the wrong hotel. 6. The coordinator was hardly present over the w/e and was more focused on collecting money at the expense of coordination. 7. £255 was allocated for 8 days hotel accommodation in a basic hotel. 8.Consent forms were NOT provided early enough. 9. I stand by my review in all respects.

Preoperative Information and Consent Forms
Preoperative consultations are conducted directly by your surgeon, who answers all questions in detail. After surgery, signed consent forms, pre-op test results, and all relevant medical documents are delivered to you in full.
Postoperative Diet and Medical Follow-up
After surgery, the hospital provides a diet program appropriate to the procedure performed. The surgeon’s nurse monitors your recovery daily, both in the hospital and afterward, working closely with your surgeon. All necessary postoperative care instructions are explained during these checks.
Transfer and Room Assistance
During transfers from the hospital to the hotel, the staff member assisting you accompanied your belongings to your room and helped you settle in, especially during the sensitive postoperative period. Hotel
Antalya offers a wide range of hotel options. You chose to stay in different hotels before and after your surgery, and all transfers were conducted safely.
Our partner hotel is clean, modern, secure, and conveniently located near the hospital. Olivia was just brilliant from the minute I got to Antalya she looks after everything for you. My surgeon Dr. Mehmet Ali is out standing he did a brilliant job as I had a boob reduction 360 lipo tummy tuck big shot out to nurse Sila who looked after my after care the whole A.Y.T team are absolutely amazing thank you so much xx

I had an arm lift 2 weeks ago I cannot fault AYT from 1st contacting Olivia to discuss the procedures I wanted the price and arranging my operation
I was picked up as soon as I came through the airport doors by a lovely man who drove us to our lovely hotel and given a sea view room as I had requested was picked up the next day and taken to the hospital had the pre test was taken down for my op I did want a breast lift also but my blood pressure was really high so they only did my arm lift as they did not want to risk my life I’m pleased to say they explained how they had to stop they as it was to dangerous to continue.
The next day they part refunded me for the operation which I was surprised about as a lot of companies would not.

Korkmaz is a lovely surgeon took time to explain what he was going to do
The after care was great
Olivia was fantastic she was always available day or night by phone and in person she even arranged for my husband to have his teeth whitened while we was there even though we had not arranged this prior to flying out
advised when we was being picked up for different appointments Ireally can’t thank her enough or AYT
From the first conversation with Olivia till I got back on the plane for flight home every thing ran smoothly and I’m really happy

Major breast reduction surgery!!
My overall experience from beginning to end was great! They delivered, however what I must make mention of is the obvious language barrier as I only speak English. Having an interpreter with you along the process would definitely offer some reassurance. I remember being asked to sign the hospital admission paperwork and nothing was in English. Fortunately the rep put it in his phone, translated it and I was able to rule out the few bits I did not agree with! My surgeon Dr. Mehmet was not only very handsome but professional and awesome , his English was enough to get the messages across. Olivia was very available for Communication and getting things into place, she answered almost immediately to messages. She is good 👍. The guy who I met on admission was patient and spoke some English as well. He is a star🌟 . Can't forget the pickups , drivers were nice and my stay at Dam hotel was comfortable. I am currently 10 days postop, still Communicating with them with pics and questions. So far I am truly happier than I was 3 wks ago. I sized down from 36 I to maybe B/C time will tell. I strongly recommend them and if you can afford to take someone with you that is a major bonus.

Breast augmentation and uplift surgery
I had breast augmentation and uplift two weeks ago. AYT clinic sorted everything out. It was a great price, amazing surgoen and team. My coordinator Olivia was the best, so kind and always there when I needed her. She even visited me in hospital. They put me up in a great hotel, where we were able to make great friends also having surgery. I'm pleased with the results so far.

Disgraceful!
Disgraceful!! Went through AYT clinic for a procedure on 2nd December 2025, everything was going great got to the hospital and had my bloods done my coordinator Aslihan Erdan ( Asli ) took my money, I was very excited! But then disaster, unfortunately I couldn’t go a head with operation because of my health so I asked Asli and Oguzhan Gurkan who was there too for my money back as I couldn’t have the procedure done, when the finally gave me my money I counted it and was short of £800 confused I wanted to know where is my money because they couldn’t provide me with any receipt or invoice from hospital so I asked for the police and they refused me of that too, so why have they got my money no one knows. Emailed the AYT company many times and no response, would like to know why AYT clinic is letting the coordinators take money from people with no explanation!!

We are sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your experience and would like to clarify the situation.
Your surgery was cancelled solely for your safety due to serious health risks identified during the mandatory pre-operative medical examinations. You were admitted to the hospital and all tests requested by the doctor were completed, including blood tests, chest X-ray, ECG, and additional evaluations. After reviewing the results, both the anesthesiologist and the internal medicine specialist officially confirmed that proceeding with surgery would be extremely dangerous. These reasons were explained to you in detail by our doctors and translators.
The charges applied covered the hospital admission, all completed tests, surgical preparations, and the one-way hotel-to-hospital transfer service. All of these services were provided and officially invoiced. The remaining amount was counted and refunded to you in the presence of hospital management and translators. Additionally, as a goodwill gesture, no extra fee was charged for the internal medicine consultation. You were provided with both a receipt and later the official invoice.
Regarding your request to call the police, we offered several times to go to the police station together or to contact the police. However, as you later decided not to proceed, no police action took place.
Following your request for information via email, all invoices and detailed explanations of the services provided were sent to you via both WhatsApp and email.
At AYT Clinic, patient safety is our highest priority. The hospitals and doctors we work with carry out thorough medical evaluations, especially for plastic surgery procedures, to ensure that patients are not put at risk. Unfortunately, in some cases, surgeries must be cancelled when serious health concerns are identified.
