I appreciate the in-depth product descriptions Ayla provides. As someone with reactive skin I want to read more than just "good for all skin types" because we know that is ridiculous. While I haven't had success with every purchase I trust Ayla's curation and dedication to offering quality skin care.

Ayla has been my go to for skincare products for several years now. They have always provided fantastic customer service. They have so many amazing products and are available to provide answers to your questions.

This candle smells amazing, it's one of my favorites. Bought this one to gift to my mom, I know she'll love it! Shipping was quick, the shop included a couple samples and a kind note :) will definitely shop here again in the future.

EDIT: Bumped up to 5 stars after Ayla explained that their packing peanuts are biodegradable. That's good to know!

I almost gave them 5 stars as the shipping was super fast (I live in the same city and it arrived the day after I placed my order), and it came with a very nice handwritten note. They gave several different free samples too.

First time buying from Ayla Beauty and I've only tried one of the 3 products I bought so far: I like it but I think the effects won't be visible until repeated use for at least another 2 weeks. (Typical of skincare and bodycare product.)

I docked off one star as they used packing peanuts that are much harder to reuse or recycle (compared to other packing material like bubble wraps or just papers). The items also skew expensive: I have a gift card and also got 20% off due to Thanksgiving sale which definitely helped. Otherwise the brands they carry tend to be pricier than what I'd typically buy.

In stock, curated, high quality products. I've discovered many products and brands through Ayla. I never get too many emails or spam. Responsive when communication needed. Easy wish list creation.
Only improvement would be more sales/offers.
Even though I don't live near the shop, I get a small neighborhood feel from shopping online with them.

The staff were very helpful in their explanations about the different products.

I love Ayla Beauty! They have great special offers. I just wish I can exchange something for another product sometimes.

I love Ayla. I have been using the Dara Kennedy sea serum for 9 consecutive nights and can already see great results. The most amazing thing is that unlike using retinols my sensitive mature skin is not embarrassingly peeling off my face. This is an amazing product that I look forward to using for a long time!
