£48 down the drain soursop never arrived they don’t answer emails disgusting company

I ordered 2 Axuro cots , but never received them, said they were delivered to our post office. I live in a town of 500 people, I personally know the post master. They never arrived!!!!
Lost $200.00. Total SCAM.
Could NOT get my money back

Ordered a slushie maker on June 6,2025. Never received ordered Ordered on Shop. I have never received email about order. Cannot logon to store. It’s not available. The worst experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! ITS A SCAM!!!!!

I ordered 2 jump starters for this store. All the delivery updated were in Chinese. After 40 days in transit the tracking finally showed delivered however I never got the items I ordered. Multiple emails to the supplier and not reply in fact the last email I sent bounced back as undelivered. I raised a dispute on the transaction with my credit card provider and got a refund in a week. This store is a total scam.

Yep, I got scammed too. Should have read the reviews first. Ordered about $150 in swimming pools and umbrella back in July. Nothing ever came, have attempted multiple times to contact the store, now the store no longer exists. Idk how to get my money back at this point.

Ordered two 10’ mini pools with umbrellas that hook up to the hose and “rain” down. Delivery info was all in Chinese, and despite their showing delivery, nothing was ever received. I emailed the company to indicate we never received the order, no reply. So I disputed with my credit card company who immediately did a chargeback.

The next morning I got an email from axuro saying the order was delivered, the link to the delivery tracking, and to contact the bank and close the chargeback. They said to contact them if there were delivery issues.

Don’t order from this scam company!

They are a scam. I need a refund. Never got product and no refund back. Do not order. I hope they get arrested.

Like apparently everyone else on here, I never received the item I ordered, and emails are unanswered. Fake tracking number. Checked with USPS. Scam!

I was taken for $375 by this BS scam company. Ordered 2 vw bus refrigerators in May and never received them. Don’t understand how this company doesn’t get shut down.

Scam!!!!! Company claimed they delivered but did not. I had to fight with Chase bank to get my money back.

I ordered a camp bed for use when camping with the scouts. Cost £44 with free delivery. I checked the tracking and it took 35 says to reach Heathrow and says it has now been delivered. Not so as nothing has arrived. Tried to contact them all to no avail. This is a bad company if a company it is. Very disappointed but my fault as did not check other comments!! Sad world we live in.

Ordered a splash pad in June 2025. To date I still have not received it and they have my money! I tried to call them only to find the phone number they list is not a working number! This place is a total SCAM!!

Scam. Scan. Scam. Placed an order 2 months ago, they even sent tracking number. After 2 months in transit they said it arrived. No. Nothing arrived and I called post office , they have nothing .

I ordered a printer from Axuro over 45 days ago, and I have received absolutely nothing. This company seems to be a complete scam and should honestly be shut down.

I’ve reached out for support four separate times and never got a single real response. Their so-called “support” is either non-existent or automated nonsense that doesn’t help at all. There is no phone number, no live chat, no accountability whatsoever.

What’s even worse is they took my money instantly but have provided zero updates on my order, the shipping information seems to be a bs. It’s been saying it’s on its way for 45 days. The tracking information is from a Chinese website, yikes. It’s like they vanished once they got paid.

No legitimate company operates this way. If they can’t deliver products or provide customer service, they should not be allowed to continue running.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Axuro. I wish I had read more reviews before ordering. I would have saved myself weeks of frustration and wasted money.

I would put zero stars if it was an option. This company is a complete SCAM! Beware and run the other direction. I waited over a month and had a USB cord delivered instead of umbrella pool.

Definitely a scam i hope everyone is reporting them to FTC
