Back billing for canceled membership
After turning in my daughters' key card in October 2019, they continued to bill my credit card even though we had had the membership for longer than the initial contract period. Finally in February 2020 I notified the credit card company and the CC company stopped their automatic billing. In March 2021 we get a notice that they have turned her into collections. Now they want proof we canceled it which they failed to provide us back in 2019. They claim to have attempted contact, etc., however a search of my daughters phone records shows they made no call to her number ever. She never received any email either. Given the response from them I would NEVER recommend anyone going here.
