Does not work and Malicious software

I installed their Axife Mouse Recorder software, it did not work at all.

But the worst was still to come, the software is malicious, it sends information back to these hackers, so I uninstalled and put a fresh version of windows back on my PC. however this was not the end, they had got access to my router and reinstalled malicious software once again on my PC. They take control every day and do some strange things on my PC, phone and alexa device

I have had to report to the National Cyber Security Centre for further advice.
