Very disappointing experience
My order (around $700) was marked as delivered with a “Met Customer” status, but I never received it and was not home at the time.
There was no clear proof of delivery, and when I reached out for help, the process was frustrating and not very supportive. Overall, I’m really disappointed with how this was handled. Customer service kept insisting on me signing a document to even take a look...very unusual process.

The service was excellent. It was a lovely experience buying in the shop in Berlin. The girl who help me and brought me different snickers was really patient and really kind.

Top notch for style and delivery
Top notch for style and delivery. This is my 5th pair they are comfortable and cool as! the pair I bought before this pair white with black fabric genesis vintage runner I wiped down with a damp cloth and the black ran into the white. I’ve used crep spray on this pair and it seems to have worked. After a night out still like new 👌🏻So follow guidelines of manufacturer!

Outstanding fit and look!
High quality sneakers and they fit true to size. A touch narrow if you suffer from bunion issues but otherwise great. I'd say they offer medium level of support and if you want you can slide in a thin arch support sole (like me who works standing up for 8-9 hours per day). I've had many compliments already!

The packaging is very classy, the shoes are of high quality and minimalist, they fit with anything.
You should buy repel spray before wearing them to avoid staining the leather!

This company don't care
This company don't give a damn about their customers complaining regarding many quality issue. They copy nearly everything from other brand and promote themself as premium brand
› Even Skecher shoe quality is better than theirs. Now to my surprise I hear that their employees are also being treated so bad with crazy work condition and not getting their salary paid and burn out is common in this company. They promote themselves as people oriented brand outside and charge huge money for products but quality lacks and people who works their also suffer. I'm not leaving any money on this company anymore and recommend everyone to not support this as well. This company should learn to go with time and value their customers! I wasted lots of money and time

Comfy gorgeous trainer
Firstly my trainer is super comfy and gorgeous, lovely and wide and soft. Delivery fast and efficient. Not sure I needed all the fancy paperwork and envelope it came in. I just ended up putting it in recycling. Perhaps less paperwork in the first place?

UPS is a terrible delivery service for…
UPS is a terrible delivery service for international delivery. There is no way to reach them, they have no way of contacting you. Delivery was attempted 3 times, but I was never notified and no attempt was made to leave the package in the lobby. The only solution that was given was for Arigato to resend, so now delivery will be made, maybe this month, who knows. Very poor experience with delivery, will heavily impact my decision to buy Arigato in the future.
EDIT: The shoes are amazing. If AA get rid of UPS as their courier, this is a five star.
