Great service, AWOL support could give me help for all questions. When the screen quit after several months it was replaced with a new one for free.
The motor screen itself is very good but still could profit from some improvements: The bottom half can develop "waves" (not all flat). The included metal strips that are meant to eliminate this work only so-so. Making resets for the remote control and the like is a rather tedious procedure involving a lot of beeping and pressing buttons in various orders. Also, I do not recommend to ever raise the screen to its maximum height (as suggested in the manual) because this can make the screen lose tension (develop waves, see above), become shaky, and in my case cause a severe mechanical problem. But in all, a great idea to make a rising screen w/o any need to install on a wall, ceiling or the like. And really great, clear ALR quality.
