liquidity pool hacked

went through the entire proccess of setting up a liquidity pool. signing up for their course and then paying for 1 on 1 jetpack program to have someone walk me through setting up a liquidity pool. set up liquidity pool with $500 in crypyo. a week later it gets hacked and all my funds drained. i was told that uniswap must have been hacked? i never kept recovery phrases on my computer. only written down on paper. they were the only ones with access to my computer when i shared my screen via the 1 on 1 jetpack program.
cost me about $1500 in course fees and loss of my liquidity pool funds.
now they are charging me $297 (a month?) in fees? i guess for the weekly mastermind course that i dont want or need.
i never signed up for recurring charges.

will need to block them through my credit card company.

i guess you live and you learn.

I have buyers remorse and contacted…

I have buyers remorse and contacted Awesomely. com both their support email, messaging and chat. Just a bunch of noise. I've requested cancel my order and have not talked with real person. SAD customer service at this point which has shaken my belief in this. I did get someone in cs finally.

This is a very good course.

This is great course on learning liquidity pools and building an income. These guys know their stuff and support is really an amazing help. Highly recommend people check it out.

I wish I could had rated it higher…

I wish I could had rated it higher honestly but you want me to be honest Well I never really got my platform up and running I was able to do the first 2 steps on Video 1 and that was as far as I got I tried multiple times contacting Admin but really didn't get anywhere with it so feeling so disheartened that I found myself in another online platform struggling to get set up as I don't have tech knowledge at all and found myself on another platform I have paid substantial amount of money to be disappointed again cause when I listen to these platforms they assure you easy follow video system but not so with someone like myself being so tech savvy and I had gone into your platform thinking yes I can do this and get the help I need I write this truthfully and feel there would be others like myself out there who struggle also

It's the real thing.

I have gone through the Tax Yield program from Awesomely a few times now. After viewing the video tutorials I purchased 24 inexpensive tax lien certificates in Florida (one of which was redeemed early and the county sent me a check for my initial investment plus a few dollars that had accumulated since the purchase). The remaining 23 TLCs are continuing to earn 18% interest. I have had several occasions to contact the Awesomely support staff with questions, and each time they have answered my questions. It may take a day or so, but they always respond with an answer. They are the real thing. (I looked at several others, but they seemed sketchy). The program does have an underlying theme of selling an associated program called Marketplace Pro, but they don't push it on you. It's more like they make it available to you. I have not purchased Marketplace Pro. My investment in the Tax Yield program has been a good one and I would recommend looking at it if you have an interest in investing in tax lien certificates.

Not Awesome... Not Even Close

I am Very Disappointed with this company, they portray themselves as being for the less fortunate, but the quality of service makes the less fortunate victims of their extremely less than Awesome service and products.

Once they have your credit card they will charge it every month for who knows what without having been given the authority to do so.

You purchase the upgrades and who knows when if ever within the supposedly 30 day money back guarantee period you will receive all the products paid for in their upsell.

They have a customer service number that is never answered by a human just a recording with the promise to get back with you. Which is never a call just an email which still in most cases does not acquidately deal with the issue.

Enough said, again Awesomely needs to strive to live up to their name and stop charging my credit card without my permission and provide all the products I paid for.

Thanks for letting us know about what happened. It’s rough to feel let down, and we’re genuinely sorry things got messy—especially over the holidays when our support was slower than usual.

You joined the One Day Flip and Pages programs on December 24, just as our team was out for Christmas. We know waiting for help is the worst, and when you reached out, it took us longer than usual to clarify which products had recurring fees. As soon as you asked, we canceled and refunded everything you wanted. We saw there was a later chargeback for Pages too, which we processed.

We’re working to make info about billing and programs much clearer up front. Nobody should have to play detective! If you still have any questions or if anything’s unresolved, just tell us—our door’s always open.

No one is getting back to me for over a…

No one is getting back to me for over a week. I purchased the training for the liquidity pools and have left a number of voice messages and chats and FB messages and email and not a call or response back?

I either need a call from someone or a full refund -

you know how to get a hold of me!!!!!! just check your voice messages....

I have been enjoying my first…contact with the support group.

I have been enjoying my first experiences watching the first three training modules. I got to the part where there was an explanation of the preference to have a good credit score to get better advantage of the process to buy and sell notes. I presented my concern about my own terrible credit score and whether it could or would hamper or torpedo my efforts. I sent my email to support on Saturday, two days ago, and I received a response that was helpful today on Monday. I appreciate the quick and helpful response. It was requested of me to share my experiences and here it is. I hope that this program will help me, and other through my work, and this bump in the road will be only that and very, very temporary as I progress, learn and earn.

Awesomely is completely what it's name…

Awesomely is completely what it's name says: AWESOME!!! I've bought a few of their products, but it was this last one, "Income Notes" that REALLY resonated with me. I have NO doubt that
-ANYTHING- related to real estate that has "Awesomely" & "Lee Arnold" in it's name, is the absolutely -BEST- real estate training that is available ANYWHERE!!! How do I know? I know Lee Arnold has a LONG, LONG track record in r.e. (I'm older than him), -AND- the QUALITY and the INTEGRITY of his products & training cannot be matched!!!!! (I've seen enough of other programs, too!)

Purchased the program and felt good…

Purchased the program and felt good about the money back guarantee. 8 days into it found out there were licenses needed in my state. I requested a refund. No answer after 3 emails and 2 phone calls. I know it's the holiday season but no acknowledgement is pretty bad. Had to go to credit card company to dispute. What a hassle. Look elsewhere and buyer beware.

The reason for the low grade:

I dedicated my valuable time to listen to the very long recording that Awesomely provided as introduction about making profits, starting with as little as $100.
The approach that Awesomely took in taking my payment was borderline fraudulent. There was no information on the payment page describing the details of what I was paying for including the name of the plan.
Immediately after entering my payment information, instead of an honest transaction where the the merchant describes the details and asks if I agree,
Instead it asked me to watch another video to sell me on paying an additional $297 per month for guidance. When I declined the additional $297, that was the same minute that my payment was taken from my bank account. This is deception at its finest.
It’s really a turn off when someone makes a special offer and then takes my money, and then explains that in order to be successful, I will need to pay additional monthly subscription.

The additional $297 should have been mentioned before Awesomely took my payment information.

That would be the honest and respectful way of doing business.

Had Awesomely explained the $297 before taking my payment information, then I would find Awesomely to be an attractive opportunity.

This is the foundation - an entry point for me to make money along side Awesomely. Even if $1000 could make a million dollars a year, I would still not be attracted to Awesomely, because a dishonest and disrespectful way of communicating with me at entry point, is a faulty foundation.

A faulty foundation is untrustworthy, no matter how great the sum of potential profits.

I find dishonesty and deceptive practices to be abhorrent, and therefore, do not have any desire to continue with Awesomely.

To clarify, the part of this transaction that was most deceptive, was the fact that after the first payment of $97 was made in good faith of the promise to change my life for the better financially, then Awesomely transferred me to another recording about upgrading to $297 per month for what seemed to me as a very good opportunity. However, after listening to the recording, it became very evident to me that there was no way I could proceed profitably without this upgrade. Had Awesomely informed me in an honest fashion, upfront, before taking my payment, of all my options and what’s truly needed for my success, I would have undoubtedly signed up for this coaching. I still believe it’s a good program, but I don’t form relationships with firms who take a payment in the same breath as coaxing me to upgrade for success.
One may hold a milk-bone to coax an unwilling dog to do what they want, however, I’m a human and don’t want to be coaxed.
Honesty and transparency is the best way to start a relationship.

Also, Awesomely refunded my purchase immediately.

To clarify, our order pages describe the contents & cost ($97) of what you're purchasing. When you click "continue" on that page, you're immediately charged the $97 for the items described — then also offered an additional (completely optional) upgrade that many have found valuable to pair with the core program.

Again, this is a COMPLETELY OPTIONAL ADD-ON and not at all necessary to being successful with the core program. If declined, you're only charged the initial amount —if accepted, a second payment is made to your card in addition to the initial $97 (rather than being added to it)

In short, this sequence helps ensure we can still deliver the core program even if/when the page or process "glitches" with the add-on offer, which can sometimes mistakenly occur.
