Gone are the days when I had to manually search hashtags keywords every day and store links and text in a messy spreadsheet. With Awario, I can collect all mentions in real time and focus more on engagement and reporting dashboard. Awario has given me countless insights, and it's a tool I've been using daily for over three years. The only downside is that not all social media platforms are supported yet, but I hope the team expands coverage soon.

Awario us a rare fond - on once Hand, it's a powerful social listening tool with solid dashboards, features, and reports, and on the other, it's surprisingly affordable. The interface is very easy to navigate and full of useful insights. The leads module is my favorite (especially after getting help from the awesome support team with the setup), as it uncovers lead opportunities across all my target social networks. I hope Awario continues to gro and adds more platforms to monitor.

I came across Awario in a blog I follow that recommended it as an affordable social media monitoring tool. I decided to try it out and quickly moved to a subscription. You don't need a lot of time or experience to start creating alerts - everything is intuitive, and the filters make it easy to find the most relavent mentions fast.
The sentiment analysis feature is also very helpful, especially for spotting negitive mentions during sudden spikes and reacting quickly.

It was very easy to create m'y first alert in awario, and I was impressed by how many brand mentions I'd been missing. The tool has been extremely helpful for generating more leads from social media. This company took £348 charge for subscription without giving advance notice and refused to refund when contacted. Both these actions are illegal under UK consumer law where suppliers must give advance notice of subscription and allow refund in 14 day cooling off period. avoid this company at all costs! Edit: they repaid money, the issue was should not be taken without advance notice under UK law, especially as the amount was large.

Awario is a great simple solution for social listening projects. In my case I have used it to listen to specific topics and to be able to make creative proposals based on the language of the people. Another very useful way that I found was to be able to find new clients and public bids that I would not have been able to discover without the tool.

I pitched Awario to a company in Nigeria for them to use for their services. Due to forex restrictions they could not make payment for the service from their account and i opted to help them with the payment using my card. Payment was made for 5 -months, and my team put them through Awario and how to use.
This engagement with the agency was discontinued shortly after, i got a shocking email today that my card had been charged $1345 on Awario, i was terrified as I never opted for my card to be saved on Awario, and i did not see any place to cancel it on the dashboard after the payment.
I immediately contacted your team to notify them of this development and to process a refund only to be told it was not possible. $1345 is a lot of money for a service i do not use or intend to use for now.
I am being told that they do not offer refund even though we never used the product more than 1 month and we paid for 5 months, now i am going to lose over $1000 for a product i do not use?

This listening tool isn't able to monitor mentions on Facebook or Instagram. The website is very misleading as it states that it can - refunds are not provided once this has been realised.

The trial period had me believe that I would be able to compare more than two competitors to my brand but according to support that functionality is months away. Adding to that is that the seemingly generous quota of 150 k mentions gets gobbled up by related keywords. So instead of using Brand Name + at least one of these keywords it lumps all of them together. Which also makes the feed INCREDIBLY MUDDY.
And the final nail in the coffin is that they do not offer refunds, that's just incredibly poor service (and a tell tale sign of the quality of the product). I heartily recommend Mention instead, even their trial period is better than Awarios, so called, pro plan.
