I really thought it was embroidered and it was not. The pictures did not tell exactly what I was getting so I was disappointed.

Love the bright pink jacket. The shirts are ok. They just sorta hang on me with no true fit.
I wonder about the material. CanI wash it in the washing machine and dry the items in the dryer. What is the material made of. Will it shrink or wrinkl? How do I properly care for the items?
The shipping time was longer than I expected, but I appreciate the tracking notifications

I received my order today, but only 1 shirt was included in the package. My order confirmation shows that I purchased 3 shirts.

Could you please check the status of the other 2 shirts and let me know whether they were shipped separately or if there was an error with my order?

The quality of the shirt is nice but size is too small. I ordered a size up from my usual size and it is still too snug.

If I could I would give a 0. They are NOT in the USA (Texas), the items are NOT handmade (cheap, made in China) and they are NOT giving any money to charity. I thought I was doing something good. I will get my money back from the credit card, but it seems that FB is unwilling to shut them down. I got taken because I went from FB and found a website on line. I should have looked HERE first. : (

I still have no idea when the rest of the order is going to arrive!

The tracking says it was delivered to Texas. I live in Maine, where the heck is my package?

I only received 1 out of 3 items after 5 weeks. Very slow delivery. The quality of the tshirt I received is very poor. It is thin and short. I am hopeful that the other two items will be here soon and of a better quality

I purchased the sweater thing that was advertised.... and for what I paid for it ... it is if poor quality

Colors are far less vibrant than pictured. Not worth the price.

Ordering was easy. Received my shirt and for 4xl it runs small.

It’s a cute top but it’s NOT a hoodie. No hood anywhere 🤷‍♀️

I like the design of each item and colors are amazing. One shirt is on the small size and may not fit. Material is very silky - even the sweater is a silky material and I am skeptical of its durability. I would have preferred cotton.

Still have not received complete order despite numerous inquiries. I would like a refund at this point. I want to speak to a human being.

Shipping was good. The only concern is with the fabric and size. I was hoping for a better quality than they used and the product seems to run small in size.

After I washed the cardigan & 2 Tshirts (I never try on anything coming from another country till after I wash them)..they are NOT TRUE TO SIZE! So I can't wear any of them.

The items looked like they had texture and perhaps made of cotton. The actual item is not what the photos show. It is more like a slick rayon. They are not nearly as pretty in person as they are in the photos. I will not order again and I will probably never wear them.

This is not a cardigan. This is a shirt. The material is not knit as depicted in the ad. I couldn't be more disappointed. I would wear this in China, but not here. I want a refund.
I asked to return this, and they offered me a $3 refund of the $44 I spent for this piece of cloth. They said that postage to return this would run $20-$35. Beware of this crooked company!!

You advertise that the product is made in the US, but it took nearly 4 weeks to ship from Italy! The sizing and quality are below par, I cannot wear the items. I am trying to return, but customer service is making it difficult, and now they offer me a credit of $7.00 instead of a full refund. How insulting.
