Excellent customer service this is what I wish every company would do in my situation. On January 28th 2026, i bought a couple’s ring they made sure the size was correct before shipping due to the carrier I never received my item they reshipped another ring but also due to carrier I still never got it. These guys checked in with me every day, we had conversations, we discussed the next steps. They gave me a full refund & today I found they shipped out another ring this time making sure it gets to me. I’m very appreciative of them everyone who reached out even though I haven’t gotten the ring yet I would highly recommend 10 out of 10. My heart is at awe really awesome team! I would definitely order again & again & tell my friends & family thank you guys! ❤️

My order took a really long time and…
My order took a really long time and then it was actually shipped from China. I don't mind that and it would be nice to have a heads up about all that. The products were okay except one earring was scratched. I will wear that one against my head so it doesn't show. I am satisfied enough. Although, I will think hard before I order from here again.

Disappointed
When the item arrived it was supposed to be engraved and it was not. Within 2 hours of my wearing the ring a stone fell out. The turquoise was not the same as the picture. And the stone was very lackluster. It Looked like an imitation stone. The customer service was very helpful and responded quickly. I did have to return the ring my wife was to disappointed.

My ring is gorgeous
My ring is gorgeous! The pink center stone is a beautiful color. The stones on each side are clear & white. I ordered the wrong size so I’m having it sized. It is 925 Sterling Silver. My only complaint would be that it took so long to receive (approximately 3 weeks).
