We flew all the way from Germany to Oslo a year ago to listen to the Hamrammr speakers. The guys took an incredible amount of time for consultation on-site, and the demonstration was fantastic. Before our visit, the Ascendo system was our reference. After the demonstration, it was clear that this had changed that day. The purchasing process was also seamless. The support from Oslo was outstanding at all times. From start to finish, it was evident that real professionals were at work here. A heartfelt thank you once again from Germany! :-)

The shop is actually called AV-Shop and states it is the Official reseller of FiiO audio products. My order and payment was acknowledged but not dispatched and no replies to emails. I have lodged a claim through PayPal from which I see my payment was made to OPPO Electronics Limited. A search on Companies House website of OPPO Electronics Ltd reveals an active proposal to strike the company off (as at 27 Dec 2020)

Extremely slow communication. Simple answers to questions were not provided, despite repeated attempts. Upon bringing the issue to their attention, their proprietor gave clear indication that 'unnecessary' questions relating to product features and delivery were not welcomed, and actually informed that they would not be answered; truly baffling.
I have never, ever dealt with a company as hostile and childish as this. Avoid at all costs; there are numerous other audio & video companies for which customer service doesn't exist as just some abstract concept and are more deserving of your business.
