Avoxi is a horrible call center and IVR…

Avoxi is a horrible call center and IVR software. Avoxi call center system doesn't work at all. They tried to make it work at trial. After we started paying, the support never replied, just auto-replies. We couldn't use Avoxi system at all but had to pay for 4 months! Voice quality of Avoxi is not professional for any company. When we unsubscribed, they continued charging. Tried to reach support but no way. Then reached staff via Linkedin. (Look how desperate a customer is made.) It didn't work, just good wishes. We deleted our account and deleted our credit card details, they continued to charge by using old credit card records! Asked for refund, after months they started replying but still no resolution. We have the emails and all records for reference, incl. the irritating discussions with the company managers. (If there is a company at all)

Good US based business for virtual numbers

I have had a good experience with them up to this point. I was informed that a lot of these negative reviews happen because they have to be strict with verification because of ever-growing telecom fraud. Nathan did a good job of explaining how call forwarding plans work. The customer portal is easy enough to understand without formal training.

Great Service!

We recently moved our team to AVOXI Genius and I was surprised by how easy the transition was and how affordable it is, given the features included. Customer service has been great and very responsive to any questions I had. Thank you!

Impossible to use + scammers

1. Impossible to use their service. I've got no result
2. I've asked to stop charging my card on the 1 of November and they did not response ANYTHING!

What kind of customer service is that?

They claim to provide business service, but they act like a two-year-old and end the chat session in the middle of the conversation.

I am the owner of a small business company and I use a yahoo/Gmail address for my business. So I entered this address for the service. They take your credit card information, and at the end tell you that a yahoo/Gmail address is not acceptable. They have to tell this BEFORE, not after the card details are entered! And just as I was trying to ask, why I did not receive any info about the payment (successfully performed or not) they closed the chat! I never heard of such childish customer service. Good luck to people working with them.

Amazing customer support!

We have been looking for a reliable Voip provider with good customer support. Believe me, we have tried many and they all seem to have their customer support roots in Telco (yeah, bad).

Not so for these guys, we had the usual call quality issues you always get when setting up multiple international numbers, each one was solved by extremely quick and competent support staff, it wasn't easy countries we asked for either.

If you value great support and a reliable product, use these guys. They are not even expensive compared to all the rotten providers out there.
