Great Customer Service

My Eneo Advanced machine I’ve had for a little over 3 years suddenly wouldn’t charge or turn on and I had no issues with getting a replacement after following the steps needed. It was a smooth process and was sent a new machine. Thank you :)

I commented with Jackelyn regarding my Avologi Eneo warranty issues. From the first minute of our conversation Jackelyn was very professional, knowledgeable and curious!! Eneo Total Blu Device

Several months ago, I made a purchase for my teenage daughter. She has been experiencing acne, and I conducted extensive research on blue LED devices that can aid in acne treatment. As a result, I decided to introduce her with the Eneo Total Blu device. Since incorporating this product into her skincare routine, her skin has exhibited a notable improvement.

The device has stopped working

The device has stopped working. I addressed sent in the information as requested but have had no update on what I should do. It's an expensive item so it is disappointing that it stopped working. What's more disappointing is their response.

During a recent vacation in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, I purchased the Avologi Eneo Eye Concentrator. I am highly satisfied with the outcomes. My fine lines have become smoother, and I have noticed a reduction in the appearance of my eye bags.

It was difficult for me to get feedback…

It was difficult for me to get feedback about my device's progress. I got emails with lists of their needs but, no comments on what was going on with fixing it. So much time went by where there was no communication. When I called to have ir sent, I find out they were not working on it to be fixed, anyway. I will be sent a new one. (That does not take weeks, in my opinion. )

I had a really positive experience with…

I had a really positive experience with Avologi Eneo. The products are high quality, easy to use, and deliver visible results. The staff was professional, helpful, and very patient in answering all my questions. Delivery was quick, and everything arrived well-packaged. It feels like a company that truly cares about its customers and stands behind its products. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for effective and trustworthy solutions.

More money after device breaks

Device broke and I spent money to send it back. Now they want another 100$ plus to return it to me. It was not an inexpensive product to bring with. Also, email was also upselling .
