Parking was convenient. However, there was no attendant outside to check-in with. Once inside customer service was great. Returning to my car was convenient.

Avistar and wally park combined into one lot so they had double customers and did not double the staff. It was an awful experience; long waits, treated as an inconvenience to staff, was spoken to rudely, did not receive the valet service I paid for and was charged twice. I emailed a manager as asked to do for my refund on one of the billings with no response.

We have used Avistar several times and always get the same service, good, quality, timely, and respectful. Just what you want for a reasonable price.

I was traveling alone in the early morning. When I arrived the attendant met me and grabbed my bags and place on the shuttle. When I came back into town it was dark and the attendant walked me to my car to be sure I was safe .Very professional and nice .

Happy to have the discount but the entire process: buying a coupon for each day and then having to pay full price at pick-up and then subtracting the Group-On cost was very confusing - for us and the attendant. Still not sure if we were charged the correct amount, or not. We will not use this service again.

The new vans are nice, will be even better when/if they rebuild the reception area. Avistar is a very affordable option if you don't mind the extra stop at the motel... and the 5-10 minutes extra time both ways.

Avistar is conveniently located and runs frequent shuttle service.

I was a huge fan of Avistar and no longer one.
The biggest differentiation with Avistar over others was the speed of service. It used to take no more than a min barring waiting for shuttle to leave while parking. Now it takes more than 5 - 10 min.
While returning I will have my car waiting outside and takes less than 5 min to get out including payment. Last two times I had to wait more than 20 min.
Not acceptable with my family waiting outside in the cold Chicago weather. Step up your service Avistar.

I have been a long-time use of Avistar since they formerly had a building with inside and outside parking services. They are undergoing a transition. Everything worked out with our last experience with them; the system was a little nicer when they had a full-service facility. We still parked at a very good rate and the transportation worked fine. I plan to try the new system next time and see how it compares. The transitional system was not as nice when the weather was poor, but they still did a good job of getting us to and from the airport.

In and out every time without a problem or delay

My only con would be the waiting at the airport. My daughter and I must have waited 25minutes after we called outside in the cold.
Pros: Easy access and quick shuttle to the airport.

I always park at Avistar and recommend it to everyone but this last time when I used them in October 2016, I landed, texted for the shuttle and I had to wait at the hilton location for about 30 minutes for the shuttle. Since the driver took so long, I arrived at the trailer 5 minutes after my pick up time and Avistar charged me for another day since I was 5 minutes later then the designated pick up time. I even asked since the driver is late, I'm getting hit with the fee and she said yes. Not happy and I'll never use them again.

The service is fine overall, especially when a Groupon is available. The wait to and from the airport can be long, especially getting back to your car.

Avistar was great except for picking us up from the airport. We texted as instructed, waited 30min, called, and was told the driver would be there in a moment. We waited another 20min and called again this time getting voice mail. Driver arrived shortly after. After an 8 hour flight, waiting nearly an hour was bad. Used avistar before but not sure we will again.

The price was slightly less than the rest so we thought we would try it since they had a free shuttle to the airport too. But not impressed ! We waited for 20 minutes to get our car out after we called them ahead of time. The one guy just sat at the desk & didn't even bother to move to assist with finding our car while the . Other person solely checked cars in... Will not be using them again

Everything is always fine except for the last 3 times I have traveled my return flight home being picked up at the airport took over 40 minutes another time the drive past me by had to wait for the next run which was 50 min.

Left my van with Avistar for a week. Service was good, quick and direct both to the airport and for the return.

All the times I've had to park and fly , I've never had a problem
