hey gave us a number to call when we arrive back from the trip, we called it 4 times no answer, then i found another number on the website , they answered on that number and told me they come in 10 minutes, 30min went by no one came, then we called again and they said the driver is in its way, then almost another 30min went by and they came… we waited for 1 hour!!! Very rude and unprofessional, if we knew it was going to be like that we would go on foot, and be there already as the parking js 2km away from the airpot (5 min by car!!!). I dont recommend, the worst parking company that i used, and i travel a lot!

Everything was perfect!

Gentili ed efficienti, tutto ok.

We left our Van there for six weeks to cycle with our bikes to Athens. When we came back the Van was already prepared to pick up. Everything was perfect! Thank you!

We arrived 2 hours before out flight, they took the car keys and took us to the airport with car shuttle. When we returned we called the number they gave us and within 10-15min they picked us up and took us to our car. Professional and nice staff.

Molto ben organizzato. Personale molto efficiente, gentile, cortese e disponibile. Trasporto per e dal'aeroporto molto efficiente. Un servizio perfetto !

I am now forced to take legal action.

While this parking may be cheaper than others, if anything goes wrong, you’re completely on your own. Moreover, if Italian is not your first language, things get even worse — the staff designated for English communication are clearly not fluent, making the situation even more frustrating.

Ho lasciato la mia auto in questo parcheggio privato confidando nella loro affidabilità. Purtroppo, al momento del ritiro, ho scoperto che il veicolo era danneggiato e si era accesa la spia del motore. La gestione del parcheggio si rifiuta di assumersi la responsabilità e non vuole fornirmi le registrazioni video dell'accaduto.

Sono quindi costretto a intraprendere un'azione legale.

Anche se questo parcheggio è più economico rispetto ad altri, in caso di problemi non potete contare su di loro. Inoltre, se l’italiano non è la vostra prima lingua, vi troverete in ancora maggiori difficoltà: il personale incaricato della comunicazione in inglese è chiaramente poco competente, rendendo la situazione ancora più esasperante.

The location link and coordinates to the parking are incorrect and I ended up going to a private enterprise parking pass your place on the opposite side where they lock a gate. Fortunately, there was an employee who warned me and we managed to find your parking on the opposite side of the road. The correct Google Maps link coordinates leading to your gate should be: 45.64982337453402, 12.184611995753041

The location provided on the link on Google Maps was wrong, so we were unable to find the parking space and therefore had to book a new parking.

I cannot rate you better, because I did not leave the car at your parking. I made a mistake. I parked, went to the airport and came back immediately, because I did not fly from Marco Polo. I took the car in half an hour and asked the staff if I could get some money back or some bonus for the next parking. They said "NO! It is YOUR FAULT" . So I rate you ONE. I know it was my fault. But you sold the place once more if you wanted. Or gave me even some bonus. That is why I rated you one. And it will be the first and the last rate as well!
