This company is a scam. I received the 3 and 1 stroller set as a gift. The hospital won’t even let my baby leave in that car seat because it is NOT USA approved. It has not been crash tested. The car seat is not safe for your children. I had to purchase another car seat. If you look at the Manuel when putting the items together the words are misspelled and missing. The base for the car seat also does not fit properly. I attempted to contact them via chat and no response, I emailed them and received no response. The only place you can place a review is here, I am unsure how others can leave a review. This company need to be shut down.

If I can I would give no stars. As they are very decorative in their website but there is no customer service I believe, phone always goes in answering machine. And email doesn't help as it only gives and takes the messages. We had bought a crib which was faulty at first point and when contacting they told to send us replacement which they did, however the fault remained and we contacted again. Between the we had baby where needed a crib but never got resolved so had to bought another one from different place.
We kept chasing and still are chasing but they aren't bothered or no one is answering the phone. Then we tried another to contact business bureau but still nothing happened and still waiting.
Its just ridiculous.

Sometimes you get what you pay for. As such, we were skeptical about buying this stroller set. We've never heard of Avionnti and it looked like a knock off of a more expensive stroller like the Uppababy. To our surprise, the stroller looks classy, feels to be made of good-quality materials, has many of the features of the Uppababy Cruz, and as a bonus, is more affordable. It even comes with a cup holder which i totally never expected. We highly recommend this stroller set and can hardly wait to use it this fall when our baby boy arrives!

This company sent me the wrong color stroller set. Then the bassinet is tilted.
I told them this light cream color is not what on my order confirmation and in no time this will be dirty. They ask for pictures and of the box , everything was in good order including the box . Then they start to email asking random questions that take up to a day for them to answer each time. The agree to give me $50 refund and a bassinet or $88 . I decided the $50 and the bassinet. I never heard from the again. I called them this morning and just voicemail. From the recording of the voicemail with their worthy and lengthy reason why you are unable to reach their customer service tells this company is deliberate in their action and should be held accountable for these consumer scamming behavior.The car seat does not have the snap in part to connect in the car also and is not a 5 point car seat . The hospital will not let us use we had to go to Walmart to buy a new car seat.it has been months waiting for a solution. The baby is here and I’m still waiting. Do not support this company as they are misleading. And the stroller set is $378.

Scam company. Sent me electronic steamer that nearly caught fire. Then insisted I video the product malfunctioning to see if I “qualify” for return. Then kept sending emails saying things were delayed. Phone number they give is bogus. Just recording telling you to email. Will dispute with credit card. Total sham of a business.

They advertised for a certain price, it came up more expensive in cart and then after a week they cancelled my order that I needed urgently as it’s a baby pram and car seat that I need for when bubs is born. The refund hadn’t processed either. Hopefully I get it but they also wasted my time.

I wish I had read other reviews like these and not the fakes one Avionnti put on their website. I went and tried to add my review and it said I wasn’t authorized, that was an immediate red flag. I purchased the Premium Genuine Leather Office High Back Swivel Chair W/ Walnut Wood, and the whole thing just fell apart on me. The screws and backing are damaged and it doesn’t seem like it can be fixed. Emailed them, but who knows if I’ll get a response. I called their support line and got some generic BS about them being busy assisting other customers. It didn’t even put me on hold or transfer me once a representative became available and now I’m out $450…

This company is a bunch of scammers. I ordered a portable air conditioning online and I was a little bit skeptical before I purchase it because it was on sale from $650 to $250. I figured I would take take a chance because it seem like a really great deal. The product arrived about a week later and it was the wrong model. I emailed the company immediately and they told me to send them a picture after I sent them a picture they told me they will be charged me $121 restocking fee if I wanted to receive a return authorization label from. This is almost half the cost of the unit in addition to that the product I received was a very bad quality.
I have submitted and Better Business Bureau review/complaint, and I also have find the claimant my bag because they refused to give me a reason

When UPS showed up the next day, I have them take the package back and claimed that I refused it because I was not home when they delivered it.

This company has a bunch of candy emails that they sent out that look like they have been written by attorneys so that they can catch you in a circle if distrust.

Well, they asked me to open the box and take a photo of it to confirm that I received the wrong modeled after that they said that the box is open so they will not be able to give me a full refund

I wish I could give this company zero stars instead of one star caution everyone to stay away from this company

Nightmare. Bad Communication, did not get my pressure washer, or edger. Working now to get my money back. I used Visa, so it will be covered, but haven't gone that route yet. Meanwhile, I will have to go elsewhere to get what I needed 3 weeks ago. I think they are using my money, with no intent for me to get my items. Don't buy from this company!

Now after months of waiting for my refund, and having to make them a video and all this nonsense, they are refunding only half of my purchase price. They took $50 saying they're making me eat the $40 shipping of their defective product, and $10 restocking fee. So another unlucky buyer is going to get my bad product. What total scam this company is.
