The customer service is outstanding

The customer service is outstanding. The staff is helpful and goes out of their way to assist customers. I had an issue with my dress, and they were very kind in helping me resolve it. I highly recommend this brand. Additionally, the material is of good quality, which is important to me since I am quite particular about it.

I ordered a dress through Debenhams and…

I ordered a dress from Avinci through Debenhams and it was unsuitable and I called to arrange a return after the email I sent wasn’t replied to after 4 days. The man answering the phone was very helpful and refunded me straight away for the inconvenience. I appreciated the hassle free return and prompt resolution. Thank you.

Great customer service

I ordered a dress and the shopify app changed by address to a previous address I lived at, when I noticed I contacted customer support at avinci and they changed the address for me manually, very helpful. Can’t wait to receive my dress 👗

I ordered a dress and Evri failed to deliver, they sent me an email stating it had been lost and I forwarded this on to avinci I and they just ignored it despite me emailing several times and calling and leaving a voicemail

As a relatively new independent brand currently selling through the Debenhams marketplace, we are still building our internal systems and processes. While this is not an excuse, it is part of the reason we occasionally face operational limitations while scaling our support team. Terrible company purchased 2 dresses…

Terrible company purchased 2 dresses via Debenhams and to return they say 3rd party seller contact avinci direct for return label. They have ignored numerous emails to the address provided, I've tried calling and emailing avinci direct and also Debenhams and no response and it's been a week. Looking at reviews they make a habit of this behaviour. I've reported to my bank now.

On our side, the Evri tracking system was still showing the parcel as scheduled for delivery, which created some confusion and delayed our internal follow-up on the matter. Not a good experience

Not a good experience, ordered a dress didn't fit so needed to be sent back and get a refund. Dress was sent back a month ago straight after purchasing, still no refund! sent a few emails with regards to it but shouldn't have to keep chasing. Also taken off £4.95 for the pleasure of me sending it back. I am hoping Raj head of marketing will see this and issue my refund today! Samantha Thompson

Lovely Clothes, but price quite expensive

Not able to return items

I ordered several items and they arrived promptly. I love one of the items but want to return the others. I have now sent 3 emails, a Facebook message and tried to call several times. No response. I am very worried that I will not be able to return these items as I cannot even open the returns process with Avinci.

Beautiful dress

I ordered the dress Tuesday afternoon and received it by Sunday afternoon, so the delivery was impressively fast. The tracking information was also very reliable. The dress is made from thick, high-quality fabric and the pink color is absolutely beautiful—perfect for summer nights.

This company is a scam do not buy from…

This company is a scam do not buy from them!! I’ve had to report this company to the ombudsman unfortunately. I ordered an item on the 14th March and it still has not arrived. By the end of march I no longer needed the item and asked for a refund and had no reply!!! the item still has not been delivered so I have no clue what has happened

I truly believe they are scammers

I truly believe they are scammers. I order some clothes witch one I didn't received, tryed to reach out with theme by email, wrote like 5 emails for theme and they didn't answer.

Absolutely horrendous

Absolutely horrendous. The dress arrived stained and with black dye under the collar on the white part. When I emailed and called to arrange return, none of my voice messages or emails were responded to. I tried to contact them 7 times and nothing. A complete waste of £20. I strongly believe they are scammers. Avoid this company.
