Be aware that they present their service as no cure, no pay but they sent me a significant invoice even though they did no succeed to get reimbursed by the airline. For over 2 years after the delayed flight they kept asking me for all sorts of documents I couldn't provide. When I finally ask them to just drop it, they charged me. Apparently hidden somewhere in the small print of their T&Cs..

In my case, the best thing was of course the result (winning against Transavia) where they have transferred the claimed amount (net of their agreed fees). Goed gedaan !

They don’t provide the necessary attention; customer satisfaction is zero. On top of that, they demand a fee. Instead of being paid where I should be, they ask me to pay money. There are many other companies—you should choose one of them.

Misleading “no cure no pay” and extremely slow handling
This company has been handling my claim for a delayed flight for over two years now, without any result. All required documents and information were provided by me more than two years ago, yet no successful claim has ever been submitted or completed.
On their website they advertise a “no cure no pay” policy, but I have now received an invoice for services rendered, even though no compensation has been paid out. This feels misleading and unjustified.
Communication is very poor: only occasional vague status updates and hardly any telephone availability. There is a complete lack of transparency.
After two years of waiting, no outcome, and now even receiving a bill, I absolutely cannot recommend this company. There are plenty of other providers that handle such claims much faster and more professionally.

Aviclaim did not give up when the airline initially rejected the claim for compensation due to a cancelled flight. It took almost two years, but in the end Lufthansa paid the full claim amount (EU compensation for delay + cost of train tickets from Amsterdam to Frankfurt to take a plane there).

I have ask for claim to get back the money from the fly tickets i bought to fly to Israël with easyJet.
EasyJet refused to pay back the money of the tickets based on the fact that Israël was in war.
After the court session initiated and processed by aviclaim , aviclaim won the courtsession. But i got only half the money back. EasyJet said that they withdraw earlier money to my bankaccount. I got never money back from Easyjet or the ticket provider cheaptickets. I can proof it .even the court documents were not clear about the money the said to sent to my bankaccount.
Avclaim said as reaction on my review: we were happy to win the court session.
Yes , but if the result for the client is that they only get less then half the money back then is winning a court session for me not acceptable enough.

The only thing I can suggest is that you will be able to transfer to the N. American markets, especially Canada, and their national account numbers.

After months of trying to claim compensation for cancelled and delayed flights with Austrian Airlines, we decided to pursue it the case further with Aviclaim. The experience with Austrian Airlines was extremely frustrating - no apology, empty promises of compensation, untruths about weather conditions, AI like responses to our emails etc. It was a welcome relief to deal with Aviclaim . They were very clear on the process, set realistic expectations and essentially relieved us from having to deal with the airline, while providing updates on a regular basis. They won our case, which was only right as we know it was a valid case. However, I don't think we would have been able to get this result without their intervention. Definitely worth the 29% fee they charged.

I feel the whole process, from submitting the claim to payment was effortless. I was informed about the status multiple times and I didn't have to chase Aviclaim once for an update. I would definitely recommend Aviclaim.
