Customer service took days and days to correspond about the order. Then they shipped it 3 days after the shipping date they promised. Then they messed up the shipping rate and it got to me 4 days later than promised. Then the rings were wrong, not what I ordered. They didn’t even use gold plating as advertised. The seller said they’d give me a refund once the set is returned, but after they proved their incompetence over and over, I didn’t trust I would receive my refund. So I kept the order. Currently trying to resell the set but it’s too big and gaudy for a size 5 ring so I doubt anyone would want it. I would give zero starts if I could; I don’t recommend purchasing from this shop.
